Frontera Resources
A lot has happened with Frontera in recent months culminating in the announcement yesterday that it is de-listing from Aim. As I understand it the company are in ‘business as usual’ stance as the operations on the ground are very much in full swing and I suspect that this is not the last we have seen of the company.

Shareholders, I am told should sit tight, there may be a consolidation of the shares but they are still very much worth holding on to as a re-listing is very much on the cards and I understand that shareholder meetings etc will carry on. The court case can be attended to and the financing put in place, on the ground they are working with potential partners of significant size in Georgia.

I may have had the pleasure of meeting some of you at the shareholder meetings over the years. Firstly, I wanted to sympathise with the situation that you all find yourselves in following the delisting. I would also like to make the following comments :
- I have seen a few posts blaming Zaza for the delisting - this was the last result that he wanted - it was forced on Frontera by the resignation of the Nomad
-I have spoken to Zaza today and going forward he intends to continue to update shareholders and behave in a transparent way as if still listed -via RNS Reach ( some web sites wont announce Reach so acces via www.investigate as well as Frontera web site ,YJ also has a list of attendees that registered for the meetings and we will also email these updates to them)and shareholder conference calls and meetings
-I have checked with LSE and this BB will remain active as long as posts still occur
- All drilling activity continues and negotiations with ‘Major’ are still active

Zaza in deep discussions and working hard re new NOMAD that’s all I know. I Understand your and others concern, please remember that the FRR Board also has a lot to lose and this timetable was not there making but Cairns.

Rest assured we are not sitting on any news! Just need to find a NOMAD which with all the regulatory hurdles takes time"

This was the RNS put out on the 24th which I am sure you have seen....

24 DECEMBER 2018 – COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the announcement of 24 December 2018, the Company wishes to provide further clarification that Cairn Financial Advisers LLP notice to the Company of its resignation as the Company’s Nominated Adviser with immediate effect was unexpected and remains unexplained to the management.

Accordingly, the Company is working to rectify this unanticipated situation and return its shares to normal trading as soon as possible.

I am afraid that’s all I know – if you have met Zaza at one of the shareholder meetings you will know that he will be as irritated in all this as you are and has always, in my opinion, had shareholders interest at heart – after all he is one !!

The company has applied for planning for further mineral rights at its licence at Islandmagee. Success here, in an adjacent plot would facilitate a larger, 15 cavern additional development and would certainly bulk up the project. INFA is definitely one to watch in 2019.
