The outcome of yesterdays GM is known by the company as is the situation with Igli and the results of supposed revenue generating metal trading transactions some over 7 months ago. The result of a vote on a preemption waiver is price sensitive information and must be disclosed formally without delay to avoid market abuse and yet again this company looks to be struggling with the RNS machine even many of the most tinpot organisations formally report the same day on GM outcomes

GM news must be prompt and without delay via RNS can they manage that?

The trajectory is down and its not stopping can’t sell without it going to NT it was prone to the the odd spike but no one will touch it now apart from those chasing it down due to losses. It had a chance to be different but now its just looking like a project hopping lifestyle company about to dilute

They will have no problem reporting resolution approved and cheap shares for the boys. People were buying this for 30p less than 4 years ago soon they could be issuing shares at sub 1p

I’m sorry but a company with such contemptuous comms is very very unlikely to deliver shareholder value. Timescales, news and openness are akin to a lifestyle company here and the SP reflects that

Only 2 weeks until Q3 a company that struggles with even a simple RNS is going to be drilling within 14 weeks. Thats sounds like transformational Q1 stuff to me

Its this simple 10 months and 15 days since phase 1 work began at Igli without an update is unacceptable and an insult to shareholders.

To repeatedly claim revenue generating metal trades yet providing no information about said revenue despite two trades being almost 7 months ago and in a previous reporting year is unacceptable and an insult to shareholders.

How will things be different this time? the company will get its way at the GM on Tuesday then what happens? Is it a case of how many shares and ay what price?

Is dilution imminent? How much? What will the effect be? Will it be limited to one entity? How do other large investors feel? Warrants, CLNs and other commitments are at a very distant price now and catalysts to reach that level are non existent, far off and or on timescales that seem to stretch into perpetuity as previous endeavours demonstrate. Next news that could have positive impact is the drilling if the time commitments and informing the market commitments slip on this then what happens?

Down again today bid down from 1.16 to 1.11 for small amount NT for larger possibly 1.06 again absolutely everyone in this out of pocket and it doesn’t look like they are going to even try to mitigate the potential events of next week?? with any kind of way way overdue update.

Still no explanation why the special resolution regarding 561(1) needs to be passed on June 17 and couldn’t wait 9 days for the AGM? Is there a desperate need to issue a very disgruntled or distressed backer with cheap shares? Looks like it will be Sep 30 before some obfuscation with regards to the enigmatic metal trades that seemed to evaporate on 7 January Strange how there were 2 metals trade RNS in December yet finals reported no Revenue for 2024. ( i understand about payment terms). But surely you would reference that income in the finals as a positive note to shareholders even if revenue would not be received until the following reporting year? Either way it looks like gilini are mighty upset and want a big lump of shares quickly

The share price and the technical indicators strongly disagree with the rampers and just around everyone here bought in for Igli not the new thing which will become the old thing or the thing no longer mentioned

All contracts conditions confetti funding etc how are this lot going to be drilling inside 14 weeks when they struggle to print an RNS they can’t even update about a few stones being picked up 11 months ago. Expect unseasonable weather etc that the favourite cop out they might manage to RNS that

If you were to make a list of 10 comparable companies every single one would likely produce operational news before this one and some several times and herein lies the problem

Lower highs lower lows unlikely there will be any news this week and as they feel its not necessary news next week to say resolutions passed though. Just a thought but why couldn’t the special resolutions be dealt with at the agm on the 26th?

Someone wants recompense quickly perhaps by way of cheap shares? Either way it looks disorganised and untoward to some maybe?

Trying to catch a falling knife? Theres no bottom to these type of stocks and the only buying is small change chancers averaging down

Hope the silent rampers are emailing the company to ask some searching questions as its becoming a falling knife as this is a relatively newsless outfit shall we start discussing where the bottom is? I originally thought 0.8 but now think 0.5 is entirely possible after all when do these type of companies actually drill on time?
