Igli could be a potential matter for the FSA as an RNS was is issued 01/08/2024 that phase 1 work had commenced yet 11 months on no update there could be a disclosure and transparency issue here? IMO (open to correction and contradiction). The company formally notified phase 1 operations had commenced. No if buts or great areas. With regards to the JV partner MAR is on a case be case basis but the situation is considered highly unusual if a JV partner is not disclosed and the market is entitled to a holding statement at some point in the near future to the best of my limited knowledge. And i am once again open to correction. But please and definitively who is the JV partner?

Who is the JV partner? How has anyone completed due diligence on the project without it? Although no one has as they invested for a previous transformational project. Does anyone actually know the rules on JV partners? The volume is probably close to all time lows yet the wider market quite buoyant. Could the information void be the reason? The lack of information on the other two ventures over the preceding year is not painting a good picture and likely now severely impacting the volume. Why pay for a listing and its obligations yet be so actively omissive? Have i missed something? Please enlighten

They will have to wheeze their way to the RNS machine Thursday PM or Friday odds on its not Thursday and its intraday on a following day as my opinion is the company is not serviced fulltime. Can anyone name the JV partner? Or confirm the rig was shipped? logistically it could be be in Morocco right now so why not update by reach or social media? With Igli, metal trading and and the incremental steps that would be achieved moving a new project forward with even limited success good comms could have this at multiples of the current SP but they just will not inform, update or engage with shareholders. They will need another RNS next week for AGM results not easy when this is barely a part time outfit. EEE up 160% in 4 weeks they know how the RNS machine works and are not contemptuous to their share holders.
