Looks like the new real or imaginary wonder project will reach two months since inception without a name a location or disclosure of the name of the very generous JV partner. How much non disclosure can one very small and inactive company accumulate? the alarm bells here are becoming deafening and the multiple red flags are being torn apart by the hurricane force ill wind

Whats the price of imaginary metals? Ifri and Igli have bonanza grades funny thing about Bonanza grades they seem to never see daylight at these types of companies. Whats the name of the latest billion dollar piece of desert? And who is that JV partner that gives away 60% to a company that so far only issues shares and CLNs. Why haven’t the 56,896,552 Gilini shares hit the market yet? Yet Another highly irregular delay involving the need for statutory disclosure

Be honest. I bet some of you have been told by email there would be some kind of shareholder engagement in the last few weeks? Where is that rig? If it exists and if it was shipped when the RNS said it should be in Morocco now. Still early in Q3 yet but it will fly by. If no operational news by mid September i wouldn’t want to be in for 30 September brinkmanship there will be a hell of lot to catch up with in the half yearlies

I wish you all the very best but becareful in less than 18 months they have undertaken 4 so called transformational endeavours raising around £4m in the process all via ultimately dilutionary avenues all bar the most recent has evaporated without update. The sole driver of SP growth is news and engagement this company does neither. Why will this time be different? Do you really think they are working today? Or yesterday in a hot London office? I’m sure they are promising the earth via email to out of pocket holder but the reality is in the price

A drop had to happen its stimulated the piggy traders who will sell again after newsless week or after reading a years worth of RNSs which will tip the price further downwards. With the massive Gilini dilution 0.6-0.7 is probably a fair price remember the share capital is now over 192m inflating the market cap considerably currently

Everyone’s clueless. less than a year to the next project hop? based on the last 16 months what are the odds that not a stone is turned on the new nameless project? At least Ifri and Igli had a name

Biggest taker of the July 24 round was Prism but they could be anywhere now.

Who is the JV partner and what is the name of the project? Its been over 6 weeks since it was formally announced via RNS its also been around 6 weeks since a drilling rig was supposedly shipped again formally announced by RNS but since its very nearly 1 year since phase 1 work began at Igli again announced formally by RNS without an update i wouldn’t be expecting much if any update at all?

And then there the metal trading 8 months almost since commencement again with an un named partner obviously no update there either. Then there was money raised March 2024 for a project called Ifri very high priority target at the time ha ha ha! There definitely a pattern here, LOL. I wonder when they will get around to Tulips?

Where is the scrutiny and oversight here?

More chance of a breakfast menu RNS than on the ever growing list of missing potentially regulatory price sensitive information. Very hypothetical thought but if the FCA intervened and there are regulatory breeches, would they choose disclosure or suspension?

Where a drilling rig may have been shipped from an unknown port to an unknown port to be used at a location with no name in conjunction with a JV partner who is equally unknown. Sounds utterly incredible doesn’t it?

With regards to the outstanding July 24 CLNs no member of the Rothschild banking family has ever been near this company that was some outrageous pumping that gathered traction

Still the same possible regulatory issues regarding Igli and the nameless project and nameless JV partner. The former currently being the most serious. But there should be a holding statement on the latter. Its not discretionary and its not acceptable

£230k left to settle on new maturity date 31 december 2025 at a new interest rate of 15% so not quite the sword of damacles i first suggested. Happy to be corrected or correct myself. Still can’t escape the awful communication with regards to Igli which is inescapably price sensitive news as is the metal trade revenue and its current status

Let me enlighten July 16 2025 the £1m CLN mostly owed to Prism for the development of Igli that never occurred this reaches maturity in 13 days. 3 choices

1, Extend if the holder agrees but what would that cost?

2, Pay up in full, well thats certainly not happening.

3, issue equity if the holder agrees that would be some dilution especially considering the 50m+ shares issued to Gilini that should be hitting the market very soon

Come on. The name of the JV partner? The name of the project? And what is the significance of July 16? What has the £4m ish raised during the last 12 months by issue of CLNs been spent on? These claim deals tend to cost less than a 2 bed semi and for good reason. Theres so much cloak and dagger now one has to wonder if there even is a cloak or a dagger. I bet worried holders are being told all sorts of reassuring nonsense by email yet the clock keeps ticking without anything operational occurring

I’m sure thats what some worried holders are being told yes they will have to inform the market with regards to 16 July but all the savvy holders here will know all about that apart from that i believe they have no intention to RNS an operational update anytime soon
