Not sure why anyone would be in London. Mosman is not a UK registered company. They are based in NSW Australia and all the abuse in the world doesn’t change the most likely scenario based on the history of the company in hand. Its a hopeful punt and nothing more as all AIM companies are. If it turns out as Mosman say you get a bit richer quicker. If not as has been the case for the last 10 years the you lose a few Euros

IMO greenvale are in trouble no news on any projects for six weeks by far their longest news hiatus in many years. Mosman despite the value of the helium prospects no institutional investment of any kind minimal director participation just token pocket money at a heavy discount from them. Yesterday wreaked of spreadex dumping discount shares only 12 trading days to the latest jam tomorrow deadline. The next RNS of excuses will decimate the SP to new all time lows (if that happens) March 29 is the best bad news day on the calendar for the shister companies after all. Theres always a chance but length of the delay points to serious problems.

Fingers crossed on this being a pre news rise but pumping into forward selling is the also a possibility with mosman they need money for the new commitments and would be more successful pumping to a placing now than waiting until the 31/3 deadline is passed. So easy for them to drop 3bn into the pump over the next 3 days. Easy money for the chaps at 0.012 ish.

Happy to eat humble pie if the JV gets completed before 31/3 and mosman don’t do a heavily discounted placing before the end of April. Share price is down nearly 50% in a month. Approval was imminent on 24/1 the next trading day is 11/3 i would say the ticking clock has run out of batteries

Just a fact of life with these companies just don’t have the funds to back up the talk. Hence why mosnan accepted only 160k to for go billions they would have you believe why would a major do a JV and make a bunch of losers at a lifestyle company mega rich when they can just wait for the inevitable failure and pick up the lot for a pittance. GRV for all the talk their cupboard is likely bare too

It was supposed to be by 31/1 then the terms of the JV were extended to 31/3 but the approval was imminent as of 23/1 but still waiting. Only thing imminent now is the bad news with mosman now picking up unscheduled long lead expenses i believe the JV is in serious jeopardy the bad news will probably drop into the bank holiday weekend not even going to blame mosman here the problem looks to be GRV likely a funding issue either way the pockets are fast emptying at mosman too would love to be wrong but this is the aim casino

Be nice to think that but its just not happening and its looking unlikely for the 31/3 deadline. Its back in bear country now and potential buyers are now just seeing the same old mosman jam tomorrow and financial uncertainty

Unexpected expenses and a problem with JV approval was perhaps telegraphed yesterday. Greenvale totally silent on all projects for over month very much out of character for them as they have previously been a very news rich company. Mosman will be coming for funds sooner rather than later seems a fair assessment can they muster another pump into the placing? Or will it be a quick £250k at 0.01? With heavy forward selling commencing soon?

They also have to raise £250k per quarter and thats without unforeseen ongoing expenses for ep145. I wonder whether NT government is questioning how GRV intend to fund their commitments they are not much more than a minnow themselves £20m ish market cap? First rule of the micro caps delayed news is likely to be bad news watch for forward selling in the very short term.

Imminent certainty is degenerating to ambiguity and confusion about finance

Confetti canon is about to go bang. I thought mid April but looks like it will be much earlier but at what price? Has to be a 50% discount and as for the imminent JV approval there is obviously a problem or mosman wouldn’t need this RNS and an extension of funding commitments

GRV down 18% in the last month ASX traders are not seeing the value and are probably not impressed with their very different definition of the word imminent. Starting to look like there a problem with regards to the ministerial approval to me. Could be a technicality in relation to the application which wouldn’t be a surprise with mosman involved. But soon the delay will have to be addressed by the applicants the clock is ticking now especially for mosman

Red flags flying heading into march when approval was imminent almost 6 weeks ago only 21 trading days until the JV comes into question. Georgina originally said production this April for ep155 so these timescales are almost always fanciful. Mosman will not get through April without confetti canon going off again

Golden rule of small caps the longer the delay for “imminent” news the greater the odds of that news being negative

GRV far too liberal with the word imminently bureaucracy has two speeds, slower and slowest can easily see this dragging on all year with the environmental approval too. It certainly won’t all be wrapped up in April. As March approaches there are red flags regarding the status of the JV which can be dissolved by either party after 31/3 and funding for Mosman. Lets not ep155 was supposed to be at the production stage this April thats not turned out to be the case for Georgina. The latest jam tomorrow statement has certainly expired.

If it gets too close to the deadline there will be a big collapse in share price. The next two maybe three weeks are crucial. Another extension will hit hard as mosman will be looking for funds again early Q2. The word imminent was used a month ago now by GRV soon it will just look like the classic jam tomorrow mosman linked statement.
