As for ep145 well thats now a complete mystery for shareholders and puts GRV in a bad light with their “imminent” statement on 24 January. Are all their other projects equally fantastical? I reassert that imho the status and/or reason for the delay/failure/ of the ep145 application is known to both companies and likely has been for weeks. As for how much cash mosman have if you take 1.2m aud and divide it by 10 that probably closer to the truth.

It is ominous that the half years are being left to the last minute it will also likely have a very brief reference to ep145 as the GRV half yearly did. Traditionally the market reacts poorly to mosman production and performamce news as it certain to be underwhelming but with the usual promise of jam tomorrow. Its not inconcievable that they drop a placing in on Thursday sighting unforseen long lead expenses and the ep145 long delay

Will there be even a token excuse offered? last time the excuse came 7 days before their own deadline if nothing drops this week the i wouldn’t be surprised if the JV collapses as GRV obviously are struggling to meet the conditions necessary for approval. Mosman will need money within the next 4 weeks. Its all looking like the classic debacle associated with these grifters.

The early April date you’re referring to is for the environmental permit needed following the enigmatic JV approval. That date is likely rooted in fantasy too

I wouldn’t normally engage but the evidence is becoming more obvious. Sitting on desks in Australia right now is either approval or rejection (possibly with rectifiable conditions). The most unrealistic scenario is that approval will suddenly materialise from NT government during the last 4 working days of the latest 2 month extension. If there is no news at all next week then most likely the JV will collapse. The other option is that the book of excuses will come out and another extension is announced maybe another two months. Either way anything short of approval next week will be devastating for the mosman share price as they will need to raise funds very soon. As for the GE MMM rto as was the case with the attempted GE listing a year ago that has likely fell flat due to a complete lack of the necessary funds.

Agree on the huge potential its just the intent and the ability to exploit it thats the constant issue. Where will the SP be next week if that JV misses another deadline which seems inevitable now and the next placing is always looming. GRV at least should be more forthcoming about the problem that appears to exist

Its not happening just yet like repeatedly claimed but hang in there there really will be jam tomorrow or by some non specific non binding date somewhere in way off future. Until then though we just need funds to make the jam taste sweeter. We promise.

Where are the pumpers and the insults? Is that JV dead in the water or after being imminent two months ago and fully expected before 31/3 is it now truly imminent? Because it needs to be with 8 trading days to the next deadline. A mosman placing is now more imminent than anything else

The pumpers have left the building GRV half yearly out with ep145 meriting less than a paragraph with no ongoing update. losses of more than 1.4m ausd. I wouldn’t be surprised if the JV is disolved soon after 31/3 passes there is obviously a huge problem (funding) and what will be the sratus of the ep145 license if this application fails?

Another pump cycle comes to a close news of JV approval will not drop tomorrow or next week and the SP will retrace 20-30% over the next few sessions much more if theres a placing RNS. JV news will drop in the final week of March with a multitude of excuses and a pledge Q2 imminency. As for Georgina and MMM for ep 155 forget that Georgina is already nearly a year behind it initial forecasts and like GRV and mosman they have absolutely no hope of raising the funds necessary to progress the licensing commitments. Simple logic. A company sitting on an asset worth billions doesn’t give away 75% of it for £160k. This board will be almost silent again next week.

GE would be in London to talk to MMM who are a UK listed company. More chance of finding Lord Lucan in London than anyone connected to Mosman. Just look at the GRV news feed for news on ep145 or lack of it and you will also see the company is eerily and uncharacteristically silent
