I was thinking the same.
Was scratching my head trying to work out the point of that RNS.
Also Scratching my head why 2 days running Volume bought outstrips Volume sold yet price still in the red...

I'm guessing you don't hold any shares here then Stork ?

arguably, a rather modest total production estimate, completely ignoring any upside
to mineral resource estimates from the ongoing exploration program at both the
projects and the proximity areas. When we substitute our estimates in the DCF
valuation this gives us a EUA value fully diluted of GBp 57.7. Assuming a standard
deviation of 5%, the fully diluted valuation range comes around GBp 54.8 to 60.6 per
share.

Worst case scenario sale price will at least double from here so well worth holding in my opinion.

Do you actually hold shares in EUA if so please do yourself a favour and sell them and move on.
Just read through your recent chat history and Holding here (if you do ?) is obviously making you very miserable.

After brief research due to workload trying to keep the business running.
I have spent very limited time on this but satisfied myself that having 90% of my portfolio in EUA is a gamble worth taking.
My very conservative estimate is that EUA wont sell for less than 20Billion I am staking my fortune on it.

Bushveld Complex
I have seen it mentioned that what EUA have will be comparable to the Bushveld complex.
I have been searching and trying to source reliable figures on what PGMs Bushveld has produced to date and what reserves they claim to have.
For me this would be a simple basis for valuing what EUA have.
Can any of you guys offer a reliable reference source to quantify what Bushveld has and holds. Not being a geologist I could do with it in layman's terms.

CFDs allow traders to trade in the price movement of securities and derivatives. Derivatives are financial investments that are derived from an underlying asset. Essentially, CFDs are used by investors to make price bets as to whether the price of the underlying asset or security will rise or fall.

CFD traders may bet on the price moving up or downward. Traders who expect an upward movement in price will buy the CFD, while those who see the opposite downward movement will sell an opening position.

Should the buyer of a CFD see the asset's price rise, they will offer their holding for sale. The net difference between the purchase price and the sale price are netted together. The net difference representing the gain or loss from the trades is settled through the investor's brokerage account.

Conversely, if a trader believes a security's price will decline, an opening sell position can be placed. To close the position they must purchase an offsetting trade. Again, the net difference of the gain or loss is cash-settled through their account.

Do any experienced traders know why tranches of shares would be put through in this fashion. Is there any reason behind it?

I agree with ORLM. I'm dumping at the 1st sniff of consolidation.
I read an article on this recently and to sum it up the facts prove that companies long term SP has been negatively impacted as opposed to companies that have diluted finding it a positive impact.

They seem to be driving u and down like a Scotsmans kilt at a ceilidh..

This mornings early sellers that got twitchy will be cursing themselves about now.

I've seen much bigger afternoon trades this last week without the SP moving like it has this afternoon.
Maybe it just took a little positivity to feed the rise.

So many derampers keep popping up on these boards but I haven't seen a single negative post that has any fact or substance to it.
Freeing up other holdings on Monday to add EUA for the 5th time. Eggs in one basket maybe but then so be it. I can wait for the RNS and smile when it lands knowing I'm all in with a Royal Flush.

All things considered I am reviewing the rest of my portfolio to see what I can shed in order to increase my holding here.

Just a thought regrading the non-binding to binding bids.. This could be taking a little longer due to the huge rise in precious meatal prices. If I was on the BOD I will would be sliding the offers back across the table and requesting they review their offers based on the commodities increase in value. Just an opinion but what would you fellow investors do in their position ?

Price is dropping like a stone. Is it the MM's fishing for Stops or panic sells.
Either way regretting feeling so positive this morning and adding at 24.70p

Try getting a limit order filled through a flash crash. No problem with a stop order kicking in.
Moral of the story don't set your stops to tight to the prevailing SP
