Would they have received privileged info prior to taking up the shares placing?
If so why ?
If a Pi had the same amount to invest would they also have been offered the same inside info ?

Directors showing support for the share price at 5.25 which is positive

The BOD must have known about the contents of todays RNS.
They have misled the market and shareholders by releasing this after yesterdays RNS. The circa 6.58p is now worth circa 5.89p
And that is only if the purchase price of "upto £40m" is achieved.

Latest RNS means an 11%+ dilution. probably leaked early that's why the sellers.

Administrators will probably drag this out to accumulate fees. No profit for them in accepting the EGHOF offer and concluding things without delay.
Or maybe there are more skeletons in the cupboard than we are aware of and they are looking into that.

I agree with your sentiments Roger but one thing seems certain that the BOD don't appear to be guilty of trying to support or ramp up the share price.
I have seen other BODs continually issuing news snippets trying to raise positivity over very little news which makes me think they are just trying to keep the share price inflated.
Perhaps the EUA BOD are trying to temper shareholder expectations when they release deal news in order to get it voted through. Just conjecture of course but due to the lack of concrete facts all kinds of theories are possible.

Since being on here I have noticed the worst in human behaviour but there is a decent sized core of posters that more than make up for it.

I assume there were far fewer shares in issue at that time.

But who are they buying them from?
You would think with a little buying pressure there would be a positive move in the SP !

Some one is buying and someone is selling !
Isn't that how a market works ?
the volume is so low it isn't worth getting excited about.
