Would you know if all holdings under the BR umbrella exceeded 3% of available shares. would this require TR1 RNS's to be issued or do they sneak under the radar due to the different funds the shares are held in ?

A paltry 1p rise and 6 suspensions. Any ideas ?

It also states that they will continue to work on existing commitments.
If they pull out of EUA I would expect an RNS stating how it affects the company.
As the circular was dated for yesterday the BOD must be fully aware and will need to make a statement.

Think the price drop today was due in part to people releasing funds from here for a punt on Poly and EVRAZ I was confident both would show a rise today but as I was in meetings all day and couldn't keep an eye on things decided to leave it.
Confident of some blue sailing tomorrow for at least a retrace to 9.5p .
Cant see massive gains here until we have firm numbers from the BOD in an RNS. Thought this would have all been done by Autumn last year but Hey Ho so did 99% of everyone else. Except of course those that are blessed with 20/20 vision popping up with new monikers telling us how they foretold doom & gloom.

5% above the ask also. Stands out against all the other trades.

Posting to see if chat is actually working as logged in and nothing noticed the last message was late yesterday evening.
Seems to be working on other shares.

There are plenty of doom mongers out in force this morning.

Some saying that Putin will retaliate with sanctions against foreign companies. This would be a war that even he cant believe he could win. He doesn't hold a financial nuclear deterrent or have the resources for a drawn out economic battle of sanctions.
Russia could quickly suffer economic desolation which would not bode well for him being head of the Mafia if the rest of his cronies see their wealth and freedoms going to hell in a hand cart.
He might be mad but hoping he isn't stupid......

If your out of this come the conclusion RNS you cant say the BOD didn't give you the heads up enough times.

Just a message of support as I feel your pain and sentiments. Massively down here also north of 70%. However I have increased my holding here since yesterday by approx 10%.
I am banking on the fact that the assets are still there and still worth a lot more than the SP would have you believe.
The madman of Moscow has undoubtedly caused delays in any dealings here so the outlook is a longer than expected wait for a conclusion which I still believe will be a positive one even for those with high averages.
The conflict will be resolved at some point as will the conclusion of business for EUA 1.
For me the sensible thing to do is hold be patient and wait it out. I do have my fears and I'm not blinkered to the risk but there is enough unfounded negativity spouted on here so I don't need to add to it.
Have the best day and believe that it will be ok in the end.

£65K in now worth £20K if this halves again tomorrow I will look to double my holding . This has always been a firm hold for me but might start looking to trade it in an attempt to recover some funds. Cant see any sale RNS appearing in the next few weeks what with the uncertainties caused by the Cretin Putin.
Biggest worry now if sanction retaliation by Putin includes revoking licences. Nervous times indeed !

MM' will be making a few quid on this today !
I off loaded EEE this morning and bought more EUA prior to the RNS as SP looked ridiculous at 18.88p
SP still fighting against Geopolitical uncertainties though.
Timing was great for a change.

8th Feb 2021 was my 1st purchase of EUA shares at 27.6p there have been many further purchases at differing levels and many positive RNS's since; yet I am significantly under water averaging a smidgeon under 26.5p.
Another positive RNS this morning and barely any movement northward.
I refuse to believe that this share was overvalued by 20% 12months ago .
I will put my neck on the line and say that this mornings RNS was not to stabilise the share price or "kick the can down the road" but was a precursor to bigger news following this week as the BOD need to make sure that all news has been released prior to news that will seriously affect the SP.
Just my thoughts !
