At Denton Crown Point North opening soon, shop is fitted out and frontage is done just needs the hoarding down, This is a good retail park that is really busy, Flannels opened there just a few months ago and is doing well, This store will do well here imo. Regarding updates this can change quarter by quarter and while we are getting new stores which are costly to set up it is non the less investment, The high street will never be totally gone and FOOT are getting in with bright new stores where others are failing with their old strategies and harsh leases, FOOT are in a great position to negotiate favourable rental while online sales are climbing month on month, What’s not to like at this price, More of my KAZ money coming here in the near term, GLA F
