I sold the last of my kaz to keep dry ready for buying dips in FOOT, time will tell if that was the right way to go, I did get a few more just now so happy enough although averaging up is new to me....

To be fair the FOOT board is quiet considering Friday’s performance and the start today, Peeps wary of a 3rd maybe ? But as you say the 22p lot are not around....

The new store In Denton M/cr is looking really good, They did not open in the old BHS i thought they would,, Maybe it was too big ? That said the store they have opened is a decent size and is stocked up to the hilt.

This park has a large JD that does not have any where near the same volume of stock on display,
There is also a good Scotts and a great new Flannels store that is reported to be doing well.

Foot are opening up new stores in these vibrant areas where shoppers are a plenty, No doubt negotiating favourable rental agreements in this climate which the 'old' faces could only dream of with their harsh long term leases.

Denton is an area with lots of planning in the pipeline, Old buildings demolished to make way for new developments, Foot are in a great position both here and in the market with new exciting stores taking trade from the fallen with their huge outgoings.... FOOT are the new kids on the block yet have the benefit of a lifetime of knowledge at hand.

All my KAZ are gone now @ 10-20% up, Less than i was hoping for but i think FOOT is the better option for greater gains.
