Thanks for your reply, below is the email from lloyds re the consolidation. Im aware i havent posted much on Iconic on the BB but due the losses ive suffered its not been an enjoyable process, so just been checking into the chat to see if any information has come through. Not a ramper/deramper, just want to see my investment return something finally.

1 New Ordinary share for every 10,000 Existing Ordinary shares held.

Please be advised that holders of less than the qualifying 10,000 shares will cease to be shareholders of the Company once the Consolidation has become effective. In such circumstances, those shareholders may instead receive a cash payment in lieu of their entitlement to a New share.

On 4th August 2023 Iconic Labs Plc (Iconic) announced a proposed Consolidation of the Companys share capital. The Consolidation is intended to create a higher share price per Ordinary share and improve marketability.

The Consolidation is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25th August 2023.

Following such approval, the Consolidation is expected to become effective on 29th August 2023 and the New shares are expected to be credited to your account on or after that date.

Unless you hold your shares in a ShareBuilder account, no fractions of shares will be issued. Any resulting cash entitlements will be dealt with in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

When a company consolidates its share capital the number of shares in the Company reduces. This will impact the share price as the total value of shares will remain the same but there are fewer shares in circulation, so the price can increase significantly. You may therefore notice an increase in the share price when the Consolidation becomes effective.

If your Existing Iconic shares form part of a TradePlan, please note the TradePlan will be deleted and any charges refunded. You will need to log online or call us to set up a new TradePlan in the New Iconic shares.

If you have a regular investment in place on your Iconic shares, please note that this Investment Plan will be deleted and you will need to log online or call us to set up a new Investment Plan.

Should you retain your holding of Iconic shares, your account will be updated when the Consolidation becomes effective. Please note we will only communicate to you again if the terms of the event change.

Just had an email from my lloyds share dealing ISA obviously informing me of the AGM and if approved consolidation to take place on 29th August.

Interestingly they add the following:

Thats very interesting, i was under the impression there would just be straight consolidation and shares divided by 10,000.

If the above is true (pray it does happen) what can we expect the rise to be? will this encourage a flurry of buyers before the consolidation from those hoping to make a quick profit?

I was hoping to be back at .81 from March last year. Maybe that’s stretching it a little bit. Lol

Should we be concerned about Bond holders converting more shares? its always a worry after what happened a couple of weeks ago.

Long time lurker and holder of Icon shares. Bought quite a bit on re listing earlier in the year. Kept the faith (didn’t sell cos I been in the red). Reading earlier posts about share consolidation, how will this affect my 64 million shares?

Great to see the rise, finally a bit of profit on my investment, but there’s no apparent reason to explain the rise, no news as of Monday so a bit perplexed, not that I’m complaining, but there has to be a reason, if it was FOMO that would have happened on Monday. Don’t get me wrong, I’m over the moon, it’s been very depressing seeing red last couple of months. I’m a new new comer and appreciate the hurt felt by those buying in the teens.

Wish I had bought more at 1.6 now.

This has really taken off. I was hoping to take a position in the early to mid 30’s. No ramping. But this is looking great. GL to all that are holding. I’m being selfish but hoping it rerate with people taking profits so I can get in. Reminds me of why I should follow my gut instinct and buy early.

New to Destiny, invested in other Pharma stock, this just came onto my radar via Vox, reading through past posts on the LSE board getting up to date with the company fundamentals.

Hearing this could shoot up ridiculously once JV announced, I’ve learnt to be wary of predictions on AIM, but been lucky with some investments.

Looking forward to sharing advice/additional information.

If this went to 10p I would be a very happy man, but I doubt it. 1p is more likely even then I would be happy with my lot, not quite enough to retire in (I’m 57) but pay off mortgage and buy a nice car.

But being serious, the company has great fundamentals, a product in demand and partnered with a great company. We just need it to work, I’m familiar with AIM have been stung in the past. But this feels different. Lithium is the gold of the moment, demand is outstripping supply and its production is causing concern. If DLE can work then that’s a great advertisement for us and Next Chem

Completely agree current market cap based on assets and future value this is so undervalued. Prem and Kod are in the £100’s millions. They are in Africa exploring new opportunities, both have faltered and experienced sharp drop on SP, with oil and gas we know where we are. Not like lithium, which is so hit and miss in Africa.

Can we get back to March 2021 price of 80p again? Although I would be happy with 30p
