Hi BMR, I noticed the Zinc was only just under 5,000 tonnes more than our 5T an hour 24/7 plant. The JPL numbers for the kind of plant they have purchased do not seem to warrant that expenditure. BMR could have purchased 5 of their tiddlers for the same. Well all semantics now but I’d like JPL to produce the same castings or a broker note that BMR kindly afforded its stakeholders. Even if it never came to fruition they did have all the published information peer reviewed. Surely JLP should provide the information to the JV,sort of partner, who in turn can allow BMR interested parties to access the documents. Is the podcast recent BMR, have you the link?

I sincerely hope that all holders of BMR see some sort of favourable outcome to this ordeal. The investment, that I deemed ethical, was to assist the poor people of Kabwe and create a worthwhile enterprise,which would abide by its social responsibility and provide a return to those invested.
The residents have endured this unfortunate legacy caused by years of mineral exploitation. After over a decade we are no further forward and the suffering Kabwe folk have been joined by many here. Now, close to retirement, I can sit back and look at my crass stupidity in believing the information supplied under regulated financial news. I trusted a system that appears to indulge in corporate corruption with apparently no retribution. I do hope that Mr Borrelli can actually restore some faith, both in those that hold responsibilities and accountability and to his position as a professional with qualifications. Should all bodies be taking a closer look at those who carry their credentials.

I suppose we are waiting for them to play their production card before we make crystal ball gazing something of a worthwhile cause. No AGM or numbers for some time, feel like a kipper ready to be smoked and finished off. What an achievement for all involved and only a massive hole in ones retirement pot which might as well be used to P in.

Bozzer selling JLP with Colin on the board who is in the know. Leon bigging up JLP’s prospects with Colin in webcasts, media presentations and still some say Bozzer sells. Leon again today touting the JLP prospects with decent production numbers and flouting Kabwe V Zinc and Pb as being something that he’s soon ready to remain less quiet about. Still some say Bozzer sells. JLP, man on board and substantial BMR holding, what a conundrum. Does Bozzer ignore all the in house knowledge and continually sell into it or does he know more about Kabwe than his Bird in the Hand. Better than an Iranian soap opera.

I’m wondering now if the magical arrival of Borrelli was as mysterious as as the onset of MA’s Dementia. Was the million a token payment to get him off the hook whilst other laundering was organised. How could we gift 91.5% of Kabwe operations to JLP and $850k for a licence in exchange for what. It all quite rightly fills the the bits between the cover of a sting. How have we been fleeced and the subject of a joke and we will never be honoured with a punchline. We have been royally rogered. It would be fitting now to let BMR lie dormant while JLP attempts to match its forecast and pays the royalty into our coffers. It’s pretty clear now why JLP bought such a slice of BMR cake. All those assets written off by the Borrelli pen, now worth millions to the hovering vulture aptly named with a generic surname.

This is what concerns me: As a private company he is all powerful.

I would rather see us listed so that the eyes of the Market are on him, not that it did any good before. It looked all to rehearsed, the License, the Suspension, Bird on Board, The De-Listing and the sell off, very murky waters now. I would prefer that we had market transparency and a market value. Shouldn't we allow him to let us see what plans are afoot, if any.

It all depends on the nature of the acquisition, Jubilee’s management of the project and metal prices. I’d rather be in a position to trade than stuck in a non listed entity. It’s like voting for the May Brexit deal and being hemmed in for an eternity. We cannot say where markets will go but I’d rather be the one with a little influence than none at all and certainly not locked into a Bullion or Crypto trap.

Our partners in crime have turned on us and are licking their lips. All that time and money spent just to take us to a car boot sale. Both GLR and JLP need to get stuck in to keep Borrelli in fine socks.

That there is a profit share rather than a royalty directly linked to metal sales at a percentage. A payment that would clearly align itself with a government royalty payment, be auditable and less likely to be manipulated by yours truly. Clearly Borrelli has the interests of our pillaging partners at heart.

I think that the venom and anger and that feeling that we have of being financially used and abused should be directed firmly and uncompromisingly at the BMR board. Muster our resources and call an EGM. First things first is get rid of Borelli and put our own people within the AIM vipers nest to protect that which remains. Then make sure that we leave no stone unturned in examining the path to this engineered debacle. I will happily dig in my pocket to help fund any legal challenges that may be pursued. Giving Bird and co a very challenging ride will be high on the list. Where is our Elliot Ness?

So this presumably means that we do not have any further operating costs?Or are we still employing Steph to look at the Ka****u Zinc deposit on the LSML? Have Geoff Casson and the Plant lack of construction Manager been moved on? Are our Zambian directors of EPL now working with JLP along with any other employees. Has our commitment to Blue Square been formally ended?

This surely gives AB time to chase the Hyenas from the past, ACI and himself for fraudulent practices. He can’t say he unknowingly used BMR funds to engineer this. Why didn’t they all come clean and execute this deal on reinstatement of the mining licence. If it was that unpalatable or unsavoury they would have better sold it while suspended, at least it wouldn’t smell of corruption like it now does. This is AIM so tolerate it and expect it. But that just plays to the corrupt market. Well, all I can say is that the odious odour now hangs over JLP as they have gifted 4% of their shares and £500k to BMR for a 29% stake in what? Or is it to keep the gravy flowing for the BMR board and thee Non-Execs?

And we live in a fair and tolerant society with the rule of law upheld. We want to bring back control? If this is a taste of that then 2019 holds a lot more, Power to the Takers and Silence to the Givers.

It’s incredible how AIM and the authorities just see these folds and dubious dealings as par for the course. Then Share Prophets write an obituary lamenting the actions of past and present souls and speaking no ill of the dead decide that the Phoenix could rise as a new entity. It’s sick. It will take years to see 12 and a 1/2 % of anything whilst the hand controlling the numbers is in power. We have been rounded up by the dogs and are still fed for just a little more fat at slaughter. I would love to believe that the fat lady has not sung and that there is a cunning plan but I fear the end is the bleakness of the final chapter in Edmund Blackadder’s tale.
