The EIA is just around the corner , if you read the announcement : The Ministry of Environment has launched a two month screening procedure, including the notification of all concerned stakeholders. The original announcement was 6th May 2021 the two months screening is now over . Again in the announcement ( and you accused me of not being able to read " The EIA fulfills a critical path item
in relation to finalising the approval for the Cinovec mine. " Which is the mining Permit Tsibis which will follow the EIA soon there after . And Yes B4 the DFS and yes gives Geomet a chance to Capex raise also B4 the DFS ALSO . To ensure long lead times are ordered well in advance which makes all bloody good business sense .

Does make sense Iaintittle to work on the updated production in post haste , and knowing the results of the EIS well in advance as they have worked with the Czech Government authorities for two years and you don't submit one until all items have reached mutual agreement . Yes I do believe now that the DFS numbers will include the new production target . Makes a lot of business sense do so .

I have told you this many times B4 too . The DFS will not have that info as it is a tool to establish finance etc and will be conservative , The company is not changing tack on that or other wise the DFS will be delayed for another year , we need to get the project up and running asap on the current detail , in the post Capex raise the train will go in all sorts of directions as they have the finance and confidance to play the real game . Stage four and five could become stage 3 etc etc This is all normal business . If I were Geomet I would be capex raising B4 the DFS and buying long term lead itmes well in advance of production .

All I have ever said that the PFS is for one shift , at the moment second shift is very much on the cards , it will rely on the EIS , the third shift on the other other hand may still be up in the air due to the need for possible explosions under ground during sleeping hours , but hey where there is a problem to make extreme money , I am sure all these issues will be resolved in due time and three shifts will probaly get the go ahead . But I have told you all this B4 and have not listened in the past . So yes based on the PFS 75 k is target , based on upgraded production that is almost 150 k per year of Liho2
