in reference to your double the costs two years ago of course because EMH was the sole funder of 100 % of geomet . Now that Geomet is a partnership , and may also be listed on the Czech exchange as a stand alone company , it would be natural that our costs as management would diminish , and staff directly related to the project would be bourne by Geomet . As to the current actual employees EMH still has , I have not asked , and don't care ( I have my own assumptions ) . My questions and discussions are based on the bigger picture sample 8/08/2020 :

Sid , the fact he pumped nearly half a mil into EMH is the note worth taking , he is in a middle of divorce he converted 3 million shares but only sold 2 million shares , it is obvious to me he needed to fund some of the purchase , the sale being off market was probably to his wife as partial settlement or what ever , maybe even to a mate ( why wouldn't you ) . You will note the off market transfer was at a discount to the 16.6 cent option price .

I really do not try to be a hot shot either as I am the hotshot , just call me figjam .. as a new comer , it is more embarrassing that you have not done your research . wilco , it is because you still need to educate yourself the difference between EMH and the project which is Geomet who bares what costs and and you need to know what EMH costs to run as a management company that owns 49 % of a project , simple really . Simple just no further equity raising required , there are sufficient options already in play that ( in the Money ) will raise any further funds emh may need , as I said do some research no more Cap Raises .

tell me what bills green , the project is owned by Geomet , all costs are borne by the project and is funded , EMH supply some management and get paid for it . Any idea what EMH costs actually are ?

we did a little cap raise just in last month or so and KC himself just put half a million yesterday buying options , give me a break , educate yourself , we also get management fees . How much do you actually think EMH needs to run shoe string management
