What a catch getting Dr Michael Shepard on board. Worth looking at his profile on Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/michael-shepard-b5118420/ He was the CSO and VP for Research for Halozyme until 2015 and since then has been reporting to the current CSO "Report to CSO, advisory responsibilities for drug discovery and proof of concept of new molecules activated the by tumor micro-environment ; Enhanze* (medical device) for subcutaneous delivery of therapy, esp. monoclonal antibodies; Safety and pharmacology. Highly distinguished in oncology discovery and translational research." Halozyme was about $6 a share when he joined in 2009 and is now $20 and worth $2.8B. So say he likes what he sees at Hemo - could it be that Halozyme would want to work with Hemo or even buy it out so that it can develop our products even quicker? Whatever the case - having an ex-CSO of a $2.8B company can only be great - just imagine all of his knowledge, experience and contacts.

Daveavt - re in vitro - that is the beauty and uniqueness of the Hemo product that it is a " new type of humanised mice with a chimeric mousehuman blood system that can be used to advance product development, as well as for other disease modelling and drug development". So yes it's not in vivo but this method will (if proven) allow much more certainty of being usable in vivo and imagine if this is adapted as the standard in the pharma industry - massive!!

Sorry Chalmer, I was trying to say (badly) that just because ABM has it on his list does not make it a bad one. I have a lot of respect for another LSE trader who has made a load on GGP, PYC, CAP-X - but also though 88E, UKOG and CTAG were fine shares. I could smell a rotter with CTAG and kept clear, made some good profit on UKOG and FRR but got to a point where I sold up. So I have to make my own decisions and also work out the rampers and dampers. Currently I think NFX are a good investment but if something happens that worries me then I will get out.

Chalmer, I purchased NFX after researching it (albeit after seeing it on the risers board) and bought it for the same reason that I purchased PYC. I also liked PYC as it had a very small MCAP and I was excited about real money coming in from a very large pharma and their unique Virtual Tumour. If NFX was at the same MCAP it would be flying as fast as PYC but I am very excited about what NSX are doing and how they are doing it. I think it will hit 10p and the rest but it may rise a bit slower than PYC did unless (I hope) NFX keeps popping out RNSs on new licences, new fees £M, new products using the same techniques etc - so with this one I am OK if it climbs slowly over time. Fingerscrossed

Fair point you make winnieh - I bought PYC at 1.75p and it was around 4p the next day, the following day I was up in the mountains with the lads and just checked my phone to see the price and it had gone as high as 32p. By the time I got back to the car (after closing time) it was 18p and by the time I sold out the next morning it was 14p. A few days later it was 8p and even 5.75p. So most of these hot shares will shoot past where they should be and come back down. Timing is important if you are day trading. I believe NFX has a long way to go yet and would like to see an initial 10p, however if it continues to sign licences country by country and also build up double digit royalty payments from each product, and continue to do the same with different drugs then this could be the equivalent of a medical version of ARM - if we re not bought out in the early days.

Given they have assets of £5.5M (Cash included) and a valuable set of products then this is ripe for T/O at least £10M, especially if the RNS stated product launches in 2018

Applegarth - I have been watching this since unsuspended but unfortunately not in yet, nearly went 2 days ago - I like the low sp but am unsure due to the MCAP already - hard to find much about what it could go to. Also what made it come back from 3.8p to where it is today - just lack of cash?

Thor just went to the top of the risers on ASX - still it had been way behind from where it should have been. Currently +36% (20 min delay) but still cheaper than sp in UK, hopefully it will continue to rise

Maybe - I suppose it could be that these 3 investors had been in discussions with Mr T and had agreed a price (when sp was a bit higher than 9p) which they then had to be held to. I still have not worked it out enough to make an investment decision. Also, can't see how BOS could buy the remainder if it will be spun off in it's own right onto the stock market. BOS paid just under £1M Cash and shares (shares at the real sp of 13.9p at the time and not 50p) for 40% - so valuing CD at £2.43M -would need to be making a profit of c£200K PA to get a listing of that value on the stock mkt IMHO and a good growth record year on year to get better. So if it was floated for £2.43M BOS would at that point break even - unless I got my sums wrong. I could be miles out and until we see CD prospectus we wont know I guess. But if it is good then who knows how high they could go.
