Warning - the following may be a load or rubbish and I may have the wrong end of the stick here - I've been watching this share for months and trying to figure it out (but have not invested). When the 40% of CallDesign was purchased with cash and the BOS shares at 50p it felt wrong and all along it has felt wrong. However, everything I read about CallDesign the company and it's people (inc the owner, founder and directors) all seem to be OK (on linkedin etc). If the company can list on the ASX then the 40% owned by BOS should be worth something - but how much - has it ever been stated how much CallDesign have made? Regarding the 9p shares - as the shares were around 8p a week or so ago then to buy heavy chunks of shares may have caused them to go past 9p - so may be why the investors bought directly? I can find no information on the Investment companies other than they are registered companies. This may be a longshot and could be totally incorrect - but if you look on Linkedin for a William Giles - there is a company called Giles Consulting in the USA which is to do with Time and Labour, Administration, PeopleSoft etc - may be nothing to do with the stated investor at all. So after all of that I am none the wiser if I should invest here or not!!!

Is this rise due to the SP rise in Block Energy - was Goldcrest Resources plc (up 21% today on NEX). Looks to be doing some exciting stuff in Georgia. Any idea how much SVE have invested in BLOK?

I had a look and it is on the Ghana Parliament web site - but can't see what it included and can't see that it was voted on - looks like they ran out of time today so may be raised again tomorrow.
