I agree with both the positive and negative side of all the arguments here. I am heavily invested, I feel AP is doing a good job with what he has. It cant be easy balancing all this with the income we have but he has made the steps for our profits to increase a great deal. He has also managed some amazing deals in the process.
I think we forget the nightmare countries AP is dealing with. Zim and Rom are both a pain the ass with everything and it all takes time as we have seen with BP
To be fair the diamonds are out of AP hands, you would think the Zim government would confirm to VAST in writing and then announce it not the other way round. Bloody nightmare how they do things.
Morning all, so I looked into changing the FB page to a closed group and its not easy unfortunately as its been set up as normal page. On the plus side it seems we do have a number of people interested in pursuing it if we can, so once I hear back from the litigation guy I will give an update on the page.
When this gets confirmed and it will, the money VAST can make from Marange will be mind boggling. Now I know AIM never works how it should but honestly this is stupid cheap. There were some figures on twitter, ill try and find them.
I still don't think people understand what being 1 of the 4 means to VAST. Not only that but with no official RNS you're being given the chance to get in at almost the year low. You can lead a horse to water...... BOD up 12% before open, that will be vast soon enough
It's already confirmed we are one of the 4 Woma, we just need an official RNS to confirm to the market. Hopefully we get that today or this week so we can get things back to a more sensible valuation here. Botswana Diamonds is moving how we should be moving so fingers crossed for a decent blue day today.
Trying to be negative again Julian, you said you don't think we were one of the 4 too but we're proved incorrect there. Let's just wait and see shall we rather than guessing.
Whatever is happening it's very big and VAST is a tiny company with a tiny mcap. With what's going on now I fully expect us to be where AP says and that's a 250+ million mcap. An institution will want in now we have the diamonds almost in our grasp
RE: $1.5bn stabilisation deal for Zim15 Dec 2018 07:20
Yep great news and again confirms
This also means that investors can come into Zimbabwe and will be happy to put their money into the country and also that they will be able to take their money outside the country,
How can anyone think it's not us, Jesus Christ it's been announced by Aim. Anyone selling now is a lunatic....imo. AP already confirmed they can say anything until it's official
