It is Mr. Chaudhry’s intention to remain a significant, long-term investor in InnovaDerma, which he founded five years ago, and to continue to grow the business for the benefit of all shareholders. As previously announced, the Skinny Tan range of products will be available online at Boots.com from February 2019 and in stores from March 2019 in time for the commencement for the peak selling season. The Company’s core brand will continue to be ranged in Superdrug and with the addition of Boots, Skinny Tan will be available in more than 2,000 stores in the UK. As indicated in the Company’s final results on 19 September 2018, the Company’s trading remains in line with expectations.

Also the shop sales will be in addition to online, they are not going to stop the online sales are they.

Some got a bargain today at just under 110. Quite strong support around this area. As I said, we have hit this figure before and taken a swift upward trend after.

Patience and you will be rewarded.

Will regret selling here when all returns to normal. Like I said before, last time HC sold some the share hit 276 or whatever it was. Once this settles it will begin it's upward trend and won't stop. The market often gets in the way of a good investment.

To be honest Greg, you were singing the praises of this company not long ago. Now having sold out you suddenly have a change of heart and decide how's the time to put the boot in. Our products are selling very well, we have no debt, HC is taking more of a back seat now to let the new guy loose. We hit Tescos shortly. The only negative is the sale of shares I agree but this does not reflect on our sales and the company as a whole. When I sell a share that's the end of it, I don't go on the forum to then tell others how clever I am as I sold etc.

Had he not sold this would easily be over £2 now, bit again if he needs the money what is he to do. Having beat my 40% of the company was not healthy.

When things settle this will begin to rise, our fundamentals are strong.

This is due to SCSW or whatever it's called. They are annoyed HC told people to buy then he sold which I agree with. However I do feel long term this will be back to the highs. We are selling thousands of our products, no debt and hitting Tesco shortly. As I expected, a little more pain but this will level out and start to gently rise again soon

Continuing to get good reviews, Roots fb page now over 20k users and increased by 3 in the last 10 minutes of looking so doing well. Bar the sale by the director all looks good with the products and numbers being sold and that's before Tesco. Long term hold here or add, may be a little more pain short term but long term this is a great investment IMO.

This appears to be being held in a narrow trading range.

Very strange, full confidence this will rise just need the confidence to return. When the confirmation rns of us going into Tesco arrives I think that will be the catalyst
