Once profitbale on low investment, which is not far away, VAST are a sitting target from bigger players.

You are usually in the right places r-g, incl a no of other great long-time posters who have a sniff for a good potential massive mover. That is usually a good tick for me albeit for my own, if that makes sense. However my own due diligence takes time, and once I’m satisfied, I weigh up my risk c reward, time of entry, right place, right time, no of trolls involved and why.

Even after that, I need to find sufficient funds..LOL...

A post-pandemic, AIM “turnaround” resource play meddling in COPPER mining production in Romania, with ducks all lined up, worth < £8m, with potential as next AIM resource re-rate. Any cash/funding jitters now resolved. Would make for an attractive buy-out, if profitable mines fruition on low investment outlay.

Taken into account, all view points in May, the past 6month’s VAST sales/ revenues, incl new shares, the Co’s post pandemic developments and CEO’s recent RNS’s statements reference Q2-Q3 substantial sales upside and game changing prospects of “actual copper production” using new mechanical drilling equipment now imminent. Arriving on-site in 4-5days. Yes finally

2022: Q2-Q3
> Downside Risk *20% =0.70p
*i.e. 20%Paper loss

> Upside REWARD **400% = 4-5p
**Substantial higher upside than downside from current levels of 1p.

Noted, VAST already gained excellent media exposure in month-of-May. 1.5bn shares traded in days. I expect markets to react much earlier and move substantially on expected new exciting developments. I.e.Early bird catches the worm applies. (DYOR applies).

Not suprised AP is being ****ged off, he is working very hard for shareholders and “succeeding” to turn VAST around past 6-8months, with excellent progression past 6months post-pandemic, with substantially more BIGGER news yet to follow: mechanical drilling program/ new equipment, at long last, copper production, higher sales/ revenue and further deals signed. As a new investor, the last rns rings bells, the company past woes, have been addressed, one by one, step by step, that is evident.

It may not bode well with some people. Understandable, that is today’s society.
Anyone thinking that they will buy at 0.70p again. Good luck.
Had experience of stock bashers on a myriad of other stocks, but none ever succeeded. None.

Would add...Pending rns, 1-3p is possible, given how fast it has proved to move with higher volume and MM’s allowing stock to float and trade freely.

What are the all various untapped and developing assets/ resources now worth in your honest opinion?

As an new Investor on board with CEO, what will ALPHA be seeking on their new investment from 0.70p per share
i.e ROI their return on investment?
They have to very confident that the returns would be worth an investment, post due diligence?
Else why would you invest?
Good reputation does not want to be tarnished, lawyers would have weighed up their risk v high reward for next 1-2 years.

The following security has been granted by the Company in order to facilitate the Transaction:
· Alpha has been granted first lien security over a real estate asset in Bucharest, Romania, in order to provide an enhanced security. Alpha is predominately a real estate driven lender and as this transaction is its first mining transaction, the real estate security component was key. The real estate asset has an independent valuation of €9,199,769.

My potential list of RNS’s updates expected within next 1-3 weeks:

1. The second Mantis Jumbo drill expected within 10 days on site as #VAST advances its planned transition to mechanised mining to significantly increase production output at Baita Plai. Total: 2 mechanical drills expected. This is game changing for VAST shareholders and the company, extracting copper. (TBC)
2. VAST Legal team will confirm Atlas situation. (TBC)
3. Potential update on Q2 developments on multiple assets
4. News update on New Presentation and Planned Interviews Q/A dates with CEO/ BOD - (TBC)

For those who have invested recently...all i can say.....let the MARKET talk...we have traded like 2BILLION ishares n a WEEK.....this could not be sniffed at.....markets have been bad for last 2/3 years..mainly down to COVID....now due to WAR/POLITICS/INFLATION etc we are not being aided in positive fashion....BUT

There will be and still are some companies....will shine through....due to..ASSETS they own REVENUES they create..PROFITS they make....

IMO vast is on the cusp....past is past...one should be looking at the future.....lets see how company delivers in days and wks ahead...

Price is now well under fair value, and the recent successful subscription is priced in, (in my view) the company is only worth a poultry £5m, with huge £M-Assets under it’s portfolio, romania and zimbabwe, Tajik, and with copper production about to kick off. New mechanical drills arrival is a key game change for any company.

Q2-Q3 will mean fruition to Profitable assets.

The doubters may not like this any forms of positivity, frankly that is not my problem....I pay 1p, and very confident my investment will be rewarded. Some Profits will go to my charity. Greed in society is a poison.

Patience LTH’s this will pay off handsomely from just *1p.

Re-rate is going to happen, we all know it.
