@Quant
The PIF fund, is expected to be hovering over $2.2 TRILLION by 2030
Saudi Arabia region WILL become leaders in EV manufacturing, EV supply chains, local minerals, supplying EV’s and storage, to regions within Middle east regions, into europe, parts of north africa, south korea, Japan, and Australia.
A £billion++ company is looking right at us. (DYOR)
Likely got 2 fingers from Sunak, the tata deal was the stab in the back imo, possibly the begining of the end of the current PM and cronies.
How many times have Saudi’s / gulf come to the rescue of the UK?
https://www.trtworld.com/magazine/gulf-ownership-of-uk-assets-raise-questions-over-undue-influence-45908
They are sometimes used as introductories or as lobbies to governements even, well that worked...lol whichever lens you look through. MFN’s ..Money for nothings
Prk where did you see that source of info?
Can you share please.
@quant could be on something here
Britishvolt site and government grants for the Saudi investors next for AMTE imo. With PIF and their deep pockets involved this will be a billion+ business in time. PIF do not buy into any old tosh. Look at what they do.
With effective, long-term investments, PIF endeavors to be a leading investor while sparking an impact felt beyond Saudi borders. PIF maintains a leading and impactful investment strategy in line with Vision 2030, to drive Saudi Arabia’s economic transformation through active, long-term investments and high standards of governance and transparency.

Braced for a bit of AMTE madness it is coming, this will re rate,
AMTE will introduce it’s list of collaborations and contacts to the “investor”
‘The Investor” will introduce its list of contacts and collaborations in the EV and automotive manufacturing business to AMTE’
More partnerships and deals will come from this alone.
Hold tight.
The differentiated UHP lithium-ion cell is specifically designed by AMTE Power to meet the requirements of the electric vehicle market, balancing power, weight and safety needs. With rapid charging and discharging time, the cell is ideally suited for use within Cosworth’s advanced technologies and end-to-end vehicle solutions.
With fully-owned intellectual property rights for the product, AMTE Power is in the advanced stages of developing the UHP cell which is currently going through ..
On the website.
Saudi’s would not be knocking unless there was IP, part of due diligence process.
The amount of collaborations ampte have in place, MOU’s etc, will be of most interest in terms who is fully on board and and cooperrive nd supportive, now that financial concerns toe xpand are put to a corner. From...COSWORTH, VIRITECH , MAHLE Powertrain, and other, in addition to development agreements with SPRINT POWER, ELTRIUM, BMW. More partner names will be added as Saudi’s have their own contacts list. The battery supply chain is now the biggest talking point along with zero carbon goal and to decrease reliance on china dominating EV supply chain.
Sigh of relief this news today...
@horace
The saudi’s being involved is the “open wallet” this national vision 2030 project has to happen, no buts as far as their Government is concerned. There is no admin with the Saudi’s. If they bought or funded any asset (example british volt site) and build 4GWgiga afactory with a turnover of £600m+ revenue, that is a mass printing battery cell machine, and the success of a gigfactory infrastructure/ components battery model for 1st giga plant can be used and modelled in other global locations, UK, Saudi, SE Asia, Africa, and any friendly nation like Japan, US etc. could be looking 4-5 GF’s+. These are all solid assets for amte investors to build on. Meaning the market valuation will increase significantly
No administration.
Looking at a unicorn here.
The difference now is the size of GWatt gigafactory compared to the previous ambitions of AMTE power of 0.5GW factory.
The bigger the sites, the increase in outputs, higher turnover/ revenues. Saudi’s want big, the bigger the plant site the better.
The pinaccle deal is an amazing proposition for AMTE’s future, Main listed next year.
Expect a re-rate, who will be holding the new shares...
Joe its always 10 camels, be respectful. Asking for a herd is considered greed..lol
Go for the one with big lips.
I forgot to mention battery storage - PRIORITY
Horace, you will see way above 20p without a need for any bid.
The warrants are over 7 years as ler pdf, 2030 expiry by which tim the PIFund will be $2 trllion+ dollars.
This is much bigger, as the Saudi Government vision 2030 strategy in play before us, which already has $billions invested into it, with global entities all on board the vision. Saudi - EV revolution started in 2018, and much has already been achieved in 5years, this and possibly british volt is next step.
Anyway what do i know...
Saudi’s like to see a return on investment asap.
Look into all the investment deals they have done over the past 12 years.
‘Immediate and early revenues” is priority, the client face of the team will be very highly qualified and astute members of PUBLIC INVESTMENT FUND.
Like i said Scotland won the xmas lottery!
$650bn Saudi sovereign fund. Prince Mohammed wants the PIF to be overseeing $2 trillion by 2030, which would make it bigger that Norway's sovereign fund, currently the largest. And it will achieve this looking at all the investment in play.
4-5p short term this.
The intentions are sincere.
The PIF is the largest sovereign Fund on the globe., beyond anything AMTE could have imagined back in 2021.
Winning the lottery in Thurston, Dundee, this is what it would look like. No one is going to complain.
Dundee factory remains, but it is considered too small imo due to infrastructure and size of the manufcaturing goal, Saudi’s will want larger premises to prvide needs of this country, but also global ambition to be leaders in other regions. Why, because time is of the essence, and gigafactory produce “mass production” that is the goal here.
Saudi’s have a huge wallet is an understament,
Saudi’s -Paid- £350m for a football player, that was a big story, because they wanted it to happen and so will this watch.
AMTE and sharehilders should be very thankful the Saudi’s have a broad plan part of VISION 2030, including EV’s, battery manufacturing mass scale, on the level with the likes of china, and change the landscape of EV cars globally, to provide EV’s globally, and take AMTE Power high with them., now under the UK Government this would never have done achieved in its life.
Huge ambitions
Each Gigafactory goal would be fitted to manufacture 2-4GWh - to keep with demand and create great economies of scale.
AMTE Power are currently in bed with FARADAY and BIC, and a dozen or others entities including Aussie joint venture, these collaborations and MOU’s in place are great for Saudi’s, all would need to buy into the future, and with Saudi arabia vision and welcome the PIF funding. They will be on board, as there is no significant alternative! The next step is money and Saudi’s have PIF fund. This is now the catalyst, and it is official. Middle eastern investors are coming to Dundee. Already in Newcastle, Aberdeen, now Dundee.
How many gigafactiries under the PIF Funding - as many as 4-5 gigafactories, maybe more.
Supplying markets/ locations : the Middle east, UK, europe, Korea, and other countries with EV vehicles
Manufcaturing bases already in place: Saudi, Japanese, British, US and other car models
Saudi ambition is to be global leaders since 2018, it is well on it’s way, due to the deals that have been struck globally.
EV technology, car manufacturers, collaborations with high performance EV companies, local minerals sourcing projects,
Invest sum needed into 1 factory make it a success and other collaborations will follow, huge orders and JV’s car manufcaturers to create a base close to each gigfactory plant.
4-5 gigafactories AMTE revenues hitting £1-2billion annual.
10-12GW factrories - huge scale, far higher than initial 0.5GW goal.
Share price could be £3-£4 easily.
PIF is a dream come true....100% strong buy
All the dots are joining:)
Saudi Master EV plan
Weekend US announcement to have more friendly/ Free trade partners in battery manufacturing bar china
Car Manufacturers now setting up in Arabia
Future demand, cheap labour, incentives
Tesla seeking sodium-ion manuacturer
World demand for GIGAFACTORIES gathering urgency.
Pinaccle and AMTE the set up points to one thing...
@stockAL. perfect example of Saudi plan working with the US and other friendly countries foreign car manufavturers. They don’t waste time.
It appears to be an elegant solution to a very expensive challenge. On Monday, Aston Martin struck a deal with the US car company Lucid to buy its batteries, motors and drivetrains – saving the relatively small British company from the multi-billion pound challenge of developing its own versions.

TESLA next...?
The transaction saw TasHeel Holding Group, Arena’s existing largest shareholder, join with IHC UAE International Holding company to enrich the Company’s highly regarded industry reputation, heritage and talented pool of employees.
Same pattern emerging at AMTE Power dealings here.
Question is who is the holding company and end buyer with deep pockets and global connections.
I bought arenaevents at 5p, bought out by middle eastern consortium, the set of events here and entity set up is very simliar. Starts with a small injection of cash, then a stake. @Quant you might want to look this investment company, has inroads with Korea, UAE, Saudi, and other european trade partners.
Arena Events Group PLC (AIM:ARE) announced it accepted a takeover offer from a Middle Eastern consortium that will value the company at £71mln. The 21p per share bid is a 48% premium to Tuesday's closing price. UAE and Saudi -middle eastern consortium took over, paid £91m for an events company.

@horace
Ceo news Article in April/may this year, they already mentioned a move to the US was on the table. The detailed plan unfolded likely in Jun-August
WARNING: will require cutters and force to move me, I am cuffed ... BUY and Hold
Bloodyhell @horace is that best analogy 🤣
Just Buy and hold, add, this ..... creep to 2-5p by close of week. On no news.
@quant agreed, they have a way with the wordings, if the sp starts to rise, they will have to put out a statement.
24-32p is pocket change, take private.
@horace, I´m parked here now. Pinaccle is very ambitious, is an understatement.
See a few greens, couldn´t give a figgy. Cuffed myself here.
In 2 weeks Horace will be proven correct.
Buy and hold.
