@HORIS - Price will jump when we close in on 1.7p indication, seen this many times, lost count, note it is not even 24hours, wait till yesterdays big news settles in this weekend there may news who the buyer could be preparing for...reuters or bloomberg may have some news. This is big news story for the UK EV industry, FT may cover it and the much needed battery sector if the country can meet its climate chnage targets. The company cannot fail, was never going to go txxxs up.

Sodium is the future now eco friendly and safe, and the car market in the UK for EV has to comply. Simple mathematics. The new Buyer is not stupid. They know the market potential, the sectors, and the industry. AMTE is a winner 20x 30x current price. I can sell all mine in 1 click. How are others finding, to sell full holding?

@Quant -My numbers were not far off, I calculated more from a buyers perspective in terms of scaling up operations.

Part of the due diligence process will now be taking place. Any new buyer even with deep pockets, would be looking at actual investment as well as potential for higher returns on the investment, economies of scale, cost cuttings, Board re-shuffling. Scrutenising the growth strategy for rapid growth and expansion. Scaling the currnt business operation, analysing business model and review major expansion plans, the plan for 2-3 gigafactories in the uk and export and global demand, amongst all the financials numbers, incl access to UK Govt £1bn EV support fund.

This was never going to be allowed to fail, as some posters on advfn wrote. They were right, others were completely wrong.

Say a new gigafactory, in close proximity, plus the one in dundee at £400m combined turnover annually plus battery storage, expansion globally.

Yes, there is also the safety aspect. I’m totally sold here. UK govt funding would fund additional gigafactories. A new international buyer will probably think of listing on Nasdaq, they love anything EV related in the US. I would do that, if all goes well. Would work.

I’m told, a tray of troll ids on a bulletin board, highly likely the stock is primed for huge take off, and it is special. This seems to tick all that. No troll id means its a dud un. This is a winner. Will turn blue at some point. Patience !
