FCA would come down on them like a ton of bricks. Assets vreq if they did. It won’t happen
This is about realising paying off a bond debt by sale of assets and the remainder = cash on balance if all agreed.
They have £bn +producing gas assets in an acreage 4 times the size of London. (Ceo words not mine).
As for the share price rising, the volumes bought/sold if you check are “mediocre” and what is left of the float left is almost dried up. If not dried up! Level 2 showed this.
Major Inst incl Singapore Govt and the CEO is Shareholder and hold literally the full float, so the sp is moving up as a result.
Shares in issue are only 154,000,000 if i recall. For pi’s this can be good news.
