If a stock is 4p - and rising on trend taking into account all the research, the next “logical” step is likely to be 5-10p

Alliance News) - Shares in Clear Leisure shot up on Thursday morning after the company said it raised GBP680,000 through the placing of 113.3 million shares at 0.60 pence each.

Shares in the technology sector-focused investment company were trading 82% higher at 1.25 pence each on Thursday morning in London, giving it a market capitalisation of GBP8.5 million.

Clear Leisure said the new cash will be used for working capital and for "selective" further investments in its portfolio of technology businesses.

Executive Chair & Chief Executive Francesco Gardin said: "This round of financing which will provide the company with the funds needed to substantially increase the necessary and material computing power in our crypto currencies data centre, to make it a competitive business, once relocated.

"The second use of the funds is to complete the preparatory work for the launch of the company's EIS Investment Fund. Finally, it also gives us sufficient resources to support our current investment portfolio, if and when required, as well as looking at new and exciting technology opportunities."

Following admission of the new shares, Clear Leisure will have 775.7 million shares in issue.

Not a huge invetsment - none the less “profit” and that is what it is all about.

199m shares were traded yesterday - The higest volume and that’s at 3-4p.
Ignore muppets else you would have sold at 0.50p and made a huge error of not listiening to the seasoned holders.
Not talking about me, but the ones who understand far better than myself.
If someone went large short - a wondeful short squeeze may occur - this am......

4p-5p had already been predicted since day 1 of the Directors coming on board.Any drops and you have a hungry group of 5000+ small investors waiting to buy in.FOMO is real - and this is hasn’t even started.Increased late nigth deramping = we are all buying into a “fantastic fintech blockchain company”at the begining of life,A once in a lifetime opportunity.Look at ARB chart and look GST Chart where this is heading this quarter.Sleep well.

Insatiable appetite + float is low.
Today was highest daily volume just short of 200m.
This stock is doing what ARB did.

I think I commented all all day what I expected to occur based on close analysis of price behaviour. I won’t with the details, but I called it right I think. Buy v sells etc, don’t mean much to me, occasionally yes, but for the most a buy can be a sell, sometimes vice versa. The sp was held back all day. Overall the sp is being pushed up by MM’s, however there is insational appetite from ARB investors and others incl FOMO, and investors who sold our at sub 1p (yes....).regarding counterparty default on this. Doesnt apply here. Nothing in relation to this stock. A very large trade went through and spike the sp, that is it.
