Filter the cretin.
Not our problem.
Saudi’s and middle east investments create huge global companies, that is the simple goal here, no different. They do not do small, or mediocre, once it is decided on a target. It is invest large or nothing, it’s about creating a new eco friendly global footprint for saudi’s going forward. They wish to lead in EV’s.
The bigger, the better, Dubai mega cities, they employ the very best in the world to create the next global industries, 20 new global sectors side by side are being created for their vision 2030 project. If you think they bought AMPTE power to create a £100m or £250m market cap, good luck to that, that would be considered mediocre ambition.
You need to visit, research/read up on the middle east ambitions and projects of the past 10years, research and speak to Saudi’s and middle east investors personally.
They build large companies and industries, they spend big to impress others around them, they want to lead in the new next generation industries, nothing is off limits to them once it is decided by the Heads at the top they want to achieve something, create an EV industry to be proud of, we are very talking very minimum £1bn here. They will make AMPTE POWER into a brand name.
Middle east Countries are running out of oil, a £250m company is not going to save their country’s fortunes. Think unicorn, multiple gigafactories with a myriad of global orders from EV manufcaturers. And energy storage agreements with grid operators.
Very minimum £1bn. Nothing less.
BUY
Very timely this announcement ampte and pinaccle, the implementation starts in 7-8weeks, February.
Which type of battery storage projects are included?
• [Current] Battery storage added alongside solar PV 🔋☀️
Projects in which energy storage is fitted concurrently with a solar array. Here, the resident(s) of the home unlocks the full benefits of solar and storage. Namely, they can maximise their renewable investment, optimise their energy consumption, and store excess energy for later use. In the process, they’re contributing to a more resilient and sustainable energy infrastructure
• [NEW] Standalone battery storage 🔋
Projects in which a battery is fitted without supporting solar. In these scenarios, resident(s) can make use of smart tariffs to charge their battery cheaply overnight. (When the cleanest and lowest-cost energy is flowing through the wires.) They can then discharge the stored energy in their battery during peak hours. Doing so helps ease pressure on the grid when it’s most under strain, reduce the burning of fossil fuels, and save the billpayer money to boot.
@HorCe
The SAUDI’s don’t mess around, they will make a massive success of this buyout and make it part of their growing global EV industry, as soon as they have the votes. This will break 1.7p very soon.
Valid browser will be needed, had same issue, use the website and valid broswer, or call the broker and tell him there is a GM and AGM for AMTE, and you wish to vote YES.
And that’s it.
4 days left...and yes
EVERY VOTE COUNTS.
WhoknowsFall in the filter. Lots of room for a few more.
2 new directors incoming.
More voting...
4 new proposals in the AGM dec 28th are planned:
2 proposals regarding current directors: ADAM PARK and KEVIN BRUNDISH.
Just noticed this today.
Checking in...
This is going to be one hell of a rocket, sudden turnaround in company fortunes, £3m funding, with plenty more cash if ever needed as and when, a successful Vote completion in favour of Pinaccle, new £££middle east£££ owners, possible board director changes likely to follow, offtake agreements in negotiations, new big name collaborations to be announced.
After DEC 20TH...Time to look forward, (and forget the past 6months...), and think about the next 6months;)
10p-20p is coming, once this over the line. Keep buying in..lol
But, the Tesla wins on range due to its higher energy density battery: the BYD Seal offers a WLTP range of 520km while the Model 3 Long Range offers an extended 629km. Charging: Again, the Tesla outperforms the BYD Seal.
That said, it is a china based firm and hydrid. Western economies will be moving away from China reliance for EV domination. Biden’s Admin made an announecement over the weekend regarding the future of the industry. T
.Sodium-ion is the EV future, that is where AMPTE differentiates its products and price.
@AJP..
I keep cash in a choclate box only because some tradesmen still prefer cash. Not pumped the mattress with cash yet. Lol
Wasn’t there a lovely story of Prince Charles and plastic bag stuffed with cash. Except plastic bags are not green. Hence i opted for tin can.
That now how big business works, there are a dozen collaborations out there, saudi’s will be conducting further due diligence as they are entitled to it. They won’t be listening to a BBoard. Collaborations on both sides would be part of discussions for the future for “growth strategy and early revenues” from battery storage and mass production OF BATTERY CELLS of a scale beyond what AMPTE had planned, protecting the ip.
If middle east investors wanted to pay £500m in the future they would, it is chump chnage in the middle east who bailed out our Barclays bank when the Govt was fiddling about.
Remember this headline when Britains banks were on 🔥
Barclays is raising up to £7.3bn, mainly from Middle East investors who could end up owning nearly a third of the UK's second largest bank.
2008...Probably when you were in your nappies truth 🤫
Saudi’s don’t do loans with interest, the increase in higher interest rates was part blamed for the downfall of britishvolt when interest rates jumped when the ukraine war kicked off. Blame Truss.
Pinaccle would not have that issue, Saudi’s way of doing business is shrewd, go through as many recent cases as you want.
If it were not for the Saudi’s involvement coming to the rescue of the UK, the 2008 financial crisis and the 2020 covid crisis could have had several more collapses. Even when Twitter was collasping they held their 4% stake, they don’t panic. They have enough reserves, to make 100 gigafactories, if they could.
Read up on how saudi’s and the middle east conduct investments globally, it is anything but wreckless, the opposite. You need not worry about warrants, they are over 7years, meaning 2030, by which time we could have 5 gigafactories...If however that worries you, then please don’t invest. I can recommend another energy company, Centrica, GRID, the shares are stable.
When the stock moves here, it will really move. Not long to go.
@Jcool on the money.
Spot on @Horace, the company is being saved from going down nothing is factored in, but it will be... back towards 10-12p short term correct. £3m cash, funding until Q2. Thereafter....££££££££££
However new Orders/ Deals from collaborations and MOU’s materialising will be next, as stability and backing gives collaborators coinfidence they were waiting for. Not far away....
10p very short term, when it turns it on.
(Patience..)
