Unbelievable, 24hrs I've been sat here and nothing, slight rumble early on but I put that down to the egg sandwiches as they did taste a bit funky. And these aren't the most comfortable seats, so much for the space age you tell that to my farmer Giles. Anyway, got bored and need to stretch my legs so thought I'd take a chance and got for a walk outside. That's a great idea, worth putting in the suggestion box, could bring something you just bought in store rather than have full range in the cafe. Also agree they dont need to be fully profitable, as you say it's the draw in to store with chance additional purchases...been there got the Tshirt, literally! Also the smell of the food encourages you to visit the food hall on your way out. Positioning is key, our local it's at the furthest point from the front door so you have to go through the store....as are the toilets, which I dont know why other retailers dont provide as again additional purchase will result.

Does beg the question of why they can make it work but we couldnt get sufficient loans out the door.
