It took a day for me to hear from them but they did acknowledge the other day it may take a bit long due to a lot of new members ?
I'd give a day then maybe call or email them they do seem really helpful, A lady called Sandra seems to administer it all

The lack of activity on the board is because many have left to go over to sharesoc ,

For the last time before I disappear too can I ask all genuine sensible members here come over to sharesoc we need the backing of as many shareholders as possible in the hope of getting support elsewhere and hopefully a meeting with Sirius >

Who has previously presented or met with individual/private investors?

Just to mention that ShareSoc have built up a list of hundreds of Press contacts as we run campaigns regularly but we do still need to ascertain exactly what we would be putting forward as our case for the Sirius Group here. We are still trying to arrange meetings etc with management so that all shareholders have the maximum amount of information possible to make decisions.

The larger the group and highest possible proportion of the shareholder base that we can claim to support naturally that forms a much stronger case in any media campaign if we do run one. ShareSoc had quite a few existing members who already held Sirius shares so the numbers are close to a hundred but that is not a magic figure and we want to have a strong voice that management will respect and communicate with..

On a more sirius note I'm finding it very hard to have had to change my opinion over night !

I was still defending the bod only last week !

How long did it take for due dilly to be done by the potential bond holding back in August ? from my understanding that had been done and accepted but were puled because JPM Refused such a high % ???
I got the impression that some of the people that were included in the review may well be from the very same group from the bond raise ?

This is so very wrong and on so many levels But what plan do we have ?
Are we able to assess the outcome or a no vote ?
Do we have any way of getting support from Institutional Investors ?
Are we only thinking of legal proceedings ?
What chance realistically do we have of a meeting with management ?
The press have been mentioned but is time on our side ?
etc etc etc
How can this outcome be the best given they had an offer of funding in December ?
Can we not find out who the funders were and a real feel for how long that could have taken given that time was the reason for rejecting that path ?

with all the updates as to how many shares each Institutional investor has I have lost the plot tbh BUT

Polygon have an awful amount of "full" shares making them I think our biggest holder which will amount to a lot of votes

It seems they are also buying cash settled derivatives ? which seems to be some kind of "bet/hedge " that don't come with voting rights ??

Please someone correct me or explain better ??

As for the local MP , I don't know the man but it seems to me he's just realised he opened his mouth a bit too quickly when this all came out and now he's trying to get shareholders back on side ,,
