Guys we haven't even got a date for a vote yet so no need to worry about what vote counts for what tbh just hold tight to your shares then at least the power is in your hands ,,,.
I'm encouraged if it's true that PIs hold 50% !!!

Yash has there been much consideration as to the funding consortium ? It seems to me I'm not alone in hoping it should be back on the agenda giving shareholders hope of a positive outcome should we vote against this takeover ?
It does seem that "some" think it's only about the offer of 5.5 p to the only argument here ?

I want a no vote so they revert back to the original plan of funding ! They have said there was a consortium offer for the 600million ??
Sorry but I’m not interested in a takeover at double what aal have offered. Tbh I would accept a complete hold up on progress if it took longer than expected to cross t and dot I on a funding package .. that’s why they should continue dialog because they can’t assume this takeover will be voted through ...

If the doubters want to keep going on about unlikely events ??

do you think in the "unlikely event of a no vote "? (statistically possible if the PIs do hold 50% shares ) that the bod will still be in dialog with the funding consortium then ??

Did me very well as I got in when the short attack drove it down to 330 and the through it's volatile fluctuations I did well trading it .
then the takeover offer and everyone was convinced a bidding war would result in it being sold for ten or more ???
Never happened which is why I don't hold out for that here ! Went for 590-600 in the end I think ?
But I still hope (all be it slim) that funding can still save us !

Yes the reality is probably as you say ??
I for one don't believe if there were to be another interested "party" It would not send the sp sky high < that just isn't how it works ( i have held shares of a co that ended up private)
That said do you believe that a "miracle funding plan " is absolutely out of the question given that there is (imo) a slim chance that they wont get the 75% needed to vote this takeover through ???

I'm not stupid ,this does look like an uphill battle but I for one Have to keep hoping when It would feel so wrong to give up when there is a glimmer of hope !

What has happened here feels so wrong and unjust and to so many that maybe just maybe ?

Good on you for holding on too , I honestly believe everyone will still have due warning should they feel it's time to sell ? IMO
