HAA hates inconvenient facts that tamper with his sunny uplands narrative. That's been the case for ages. Shambolic corporate governance and total lack of accountability has enabled him to continually kick the can (and rake in lucrative consultancy fees) for far longer than should have been allowed. Then there is the small matter that he is still 30%+ shy of actually getting the full committed funding. The elastic will snap soon and I'm betting that investors are left with very sore thumbs whilst he disappears into the sunset

Hard to view this as negative. HAA has consistently obfuscated and dodged and delayed and the locals are clearly fed up. Wont stop TK project going ahead mind, just not with the Bamboozler in charge. HAA is right about the importance of the project for E but fails, it seems, to recognise that his consistent inability to deliver has increased likelihood licence will be withdrawn and then given to a more competent player. The tension here is out in the open (remember HAA denied last yellow card incident before admitting it).

It is all bloody negative! When has PL produced any +ve results for his shareholders? he constants carps about the markets, being given grief by investors, being dumped by World Bank or whatever it was, not being given enough credit. The man's ego is in inverse proportion to the value he has produced for shareholders.

Start the machinery rolling with Freshfields/Slaughters/A&O/ Skaddens/ Clifford Chance/Linklaters andthe regulatory authorities to begin litigation moves against the former directors who spent 17m of s/holdrs funds denying the company had a future; failed to uphold their fiduciary responsibilities ; refused all atempts to buy back bonfds and refused point blank to engage with shareholders.

I fear that trading will continue to have been subdued and that further cost-cutting will be required. The FD will be keen to keep margins from decreasing further. Hard to blame markets completely here as one of their big rivals Tradition which is a mirror of TPI & part of Vial listed on Euronext has seen the VIAL share price unchanged YTD, with a comparable yield of c.4.7% whereas Breteau et al have cratered the TCAP share price by roughly a third/33% YTD

sue the former board for the 17m costs of the futile High Court action

This announcement shows just how self serving McTiernan and the whole of the rotten former board were! This announcement is so damning that as a shareholder I demand that the Board open a full and thorough investigation into the actions of the former board who seemed to completely abrogate their duties as directors. I can think of 17m reasons to sue them jointly and severally - I hope their D&O liability is up to date.

I find it utterly extraordinary that Maris made absolutely no mention of the extraordinary cost of the self-immolation planned by the ex board which shareholders had to pay for and just blandly said:
"The Company's proposed financial restructuring was ultimately not pursued following the High Court Judgment that the restructuring should not be implemented"

I also noted Maris's utterly Janus faced comments about engaging with all shareholders.....the previous Board should be sweating at night because I cannot see in the light of the facts how they cannot but be investigated

"We continue to engage with all our key stakeholders regarding our financing arrangements as we concentrate on removing the debt burden as well as extracting further value from Lancaster and our other discoveries."

All systems go ;likely to see further upgrades from hereonin. Share price doesn't reflect growth opportunities and strength of balance sheet. Should move to £1 in due course.

Memo to self - is The Doc either PL himself, an adviser to PL or his therapist/ Because no one in their right s/holder minds would consider his epic failure to deliver value (and ignore it) as anything but a cause of enormous anger and frustratiuon....the turnover of advisers is also a pointer to his credentials

Come to think of it, there are a lot of others who would vie for the top slots, so mebbe that's being a tad unfair

Does PL make the top 10? I can think of a few others who have wrought equally devastating destruction on their s/holders.....

Since the interims, interest has waned. Lets hope there is some more positive news before year end otherwise this has further to drift down.

Well of course it's personal because he is the only one to blame for the utter destruction of value here!!! And yes I am a bloody shareholder who inconveniently for you deals with the facts. And the facts are: he has delivered absolutely nada, nul, zilch value to his shareholders.; has issued shares like confetti; has intermingled his private interests with our interests so that they are seemingly indivisible, and has now apparently decided his and our interests, but mainly his, are best served by what appears a complete change of direction to hydrogen. Atome, of course has emerged from his own stable of private interests ....

And the market's response to his October missive - a paltry 150,000 share trades to the value of 2750 pounds.

Another feeble announcement from the increasingly detached Levine. He clearly thinks we are all fools - energy shortages everywhere, POO sky high, and we get this feeble cobbled together rehash., with unintentionally revealing comments thrown in by our tormentor in chief:
- "This announcement reflects the breadth and depth of President's activities without even taking into account our core operationally profitable production assets in the Neuquén Basin, Argentina throwing off free cash from operations."

Yes, why is that? Because suddenly you are directing your effort to Atome and has singualrly failed to give any value uplift to your shareholders here. Its a joke and a disgrace.

" It is all too easy to gloss over the amount of work by our teams involved in each of these separate workstreams which are taking place simultaneously in geographically diverse locations." - a typically salty comment from PL, interpreted as why don't you all shut up and let me run the business and stop carping on about the lack of progress.

Wtf is PL up to that the bulk of this announcement is on Atome! He has failed utterly to deliver on his promises to shareholders, he has enriched himself at our expense, he has no strategy bar it seems shamelessly ensuring that shareholders are exploited for his own benefit.

Great to be a supplier to Nike but on what terms? If raw material input costs have rocketed can they pass this on to Nike? Personally I doubt it as Nike is in driving seat, so are their margins being squeezed?

The company said they thought raw material prices had peaked but share price is suggesting otherwise. I like this company a lot but I think there is still further downside given how volatile supply chain issues are and the fact that footwear made up 40% plus of revs in 1H
