rocket - i'm 100% with you. I hope JJ has explained it wrong to loads of people to date, and in fact it's the other way around. just because poster deliver news or view or facts that are unwanted by posters on this bb they get abused by people like Shaun and Silky with his comedy one liners that are wrong. Let's see, but like I saif I'm 100% certain my interpretation is correct. Thanks for searching out the evidence one way or another.
I think one thing we can all agree on is the last few days have shown the team up in a very different light to a much wider group of people now. My hope is that they get lucky with the next two pokes of the drill. I'm here to recover the losses on my stake from the licence, that's what I am backing now. Which ironic as until about a year ago I back the team, but I can see clearly how they have operated here and for whose interest, and it certainly isn't mine as a shareholder in SOU.
Silk, are you as stupid as you sound? It’s 47.5% OF £1.50, not a 47.5% deduction from £1.50. As yes the company has confirmed that. No point engaging someone that doesn’t understand percentages, minus signs etc.
SO, I’ve not forgotten. What I’m pizzed off about is my scepticism and concerns have pretty much proved to be correct here. Even my post te9 duster sp target was only 3p out, yet still any voice on this bb that wants to talk in a balanced manner (my statement re the tcf calc are based on my research and conversations with the company) still gets shouted at. Wake up Shaun, you should perhaps work out which people you should perhaps learn from. You’ve ramped this down from 80p. How’s that worked out for you? No one wants this sp, but I’m experienced enough to know nothing on this bb makes any difference. The market has decided and the answer at the moment isn’t what we all wanted. I cannot quite believe what has happened here in such a short space of time. It’s incredible. My only consolation is those lying and gambling chaps in Sevenoaks are also losing a lot now. They deserve it, they’ve misled and lied and carried out a great smoke and mirrors show. Te10 won’t be good imo, I think we all expect a poor result, god knows where we go from here. I said JP’s strategy here has been wrong for a while, no gsa means no protection. If the gsa does not factor in the bot and drill and opex costs as Eric suggests, then I’m personally even more concerned about the worth of what we have in the t5 horst.
Eric, I will ask. This is not what was explained to me. It was the NPV of the gas all costs in incl Bot and necessary drill costs. I hope I’m right because if I’m not I suspect the whole thing is negative for SOU. Shitty few days for those deceiving priks in Sevenoaks.
Blocker I did. Look at my post history, it’s there in black and white. I derisked in the low 40s, In the end about 2/3rds of my position. More fool me I held the other third and nursing the pain since.
Thank you Rocket, it states per “1tcf of recoverable resources FOR SOUND” how much clearer it needs to be stated for Shaun and 250 to get it I have no idea. Black and white there you go. Case closed. I’ll await the apology Shaun.
Wrong 250. As JJ. Why would anyone trust a post on a bb to clarify such a critical investment metric: I can 100% guarantee you the £1.50 is per tcf in ground recoverable, you then net to 47.5%. I’ve had the discussions, others seem to have asked JJ and got the same response. You lot are so underwater and desperate and stupid you won’t ask the company. Do it, you’ll find out. I’m not engaging on this again. Agree amongst yourselves it’s £1.50 I couldn’t give a stuff. I warned you you were all missing this months ago, and you wouldn’t take notice then either! Lol
£1000 Shaun. Go on ask him.
Shaun, he’s being legalistic with his words. Just ask him the question in simple maths terms. You’ll carp yourself as he’ll be shown to be the devious cfo he is. Go on,
Exactly, too chicken or stupid. Well done. Peddle your shite, fact is 100% it’s 150 x 47.5% for our gas as a % if the recoverable volumes. One day you’ll regret this little exchange, as you look really really desperate and silly. Fingers back in your ears Shaun.
No I’m calling you a liar. You can’t read English. Ask JJ post his reply, bore off. You won’t as you won’t like his answer. Simple.
Ok Shaun, I’ll pay £1000 to charity of your choice if you can prove what you’re saying. Your are wrong about what JJ is saying, you’re misleading people. Seems Lewis and all the FB group have got it!
Ffs Shaun, stop lying to the bb. It’s not. Posted reported.
Wrong. It doesn’t take into account the 47.5% ffs. Stop peddling rubbish.
naughty Eric - their calc is net of all those costs. check with JJ. I have. It isn't (quite) that bad!! naughty....
you my friend are making stuff up, at least I'm telling the truth. as i said the other night, many previous LTH's now turned sellers or wanting to get in lower. more pain to come imo.
Shaun it's completely ambiguous response.
I will pay £500 to a charity of your choice if the tcf cal is based on 100% rather than a net 47.5% - i.e. it only refers to our net recoverable gas for our 47.5% of the licence.
Simple. I am 100% correct on this. Lewis figured it out today. Stop being a bore, call the company / get JJ to email you (he won't) and correct me.
Over and out.
no Shaun, what he means is Shaun "since I've been here and in charge, there has been no change" to guidance. which is correct Shaun, it changed when he took over from JP and got his feet under the table and realised JP was yet again (remember Mary Hood) ramping the arze out of the tcf calc, only over inflating it by a mere 100+% mind.
wake up, do the research, do the maths then come back and apologise to me.
Sorry, speed read your post there Crude, given the description I thought you were referring to JP for a moment. His performance today I found very depressing. He’s basically been called out on loads of points and him and the directors (most of JJ’s responses were legal sounding, diversionary and didn’t answer the questions at all) basically told us all that the rules of the game changed (he doesn’t remember golden tickets, £10 a share or you won’t lose money phrases anymore) and to read terms on what we bought, grow a pair and for us all to shut the f up. I personally have now written off te10 and te11 based in Brian’s very open responses today. I’m holding on for a gsa bounce and I’m done here. I wish I’d listened to the nagging voice in my head months ago and just binned my entire holding here. Lesson learnt for me. Never trading an aim stock again, JP really is no different to any others that have come before him. It hurts to admit I’ve got this wrong, a lot.
17p, because we'd fall to 17p based on these answers if we were any higher :-(.
2 questions answered, 8 not so far. I'm out of here, will check in later. Tone and responses seem set to me - no acknowledgement of a leak, problems with porosity/perm bigger than expected and difficult to predict, timelines out of our control, no director buying likely....i could go on but I fancy jumping out of the window behind me more. bye. till later.
that is an absolute shocker of an answer.
I also noting JP's punchy tone. Humility, honesty, transparency. Not getting much of that at the moment
I'm now up to 7 questions, 0 answers.
