Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
Selling into the close again. The trend continues, a near recent record low, -3.36% on the day. About 1m sold in the last 40 mins. Crushed sentiment will mean imo nothing other than an indisputably bullish rns from the company will make any impact at all,
Crude oil has stabilised after a shocking few down days. Currently up 2% this am.
About time! Good news. Now let’s steam ahead and see what we can find deep down below.
Bore off GRH.
that's the conclusion i got to. i hope (although it's not in SOU's approach if i'm honest) that they've been very cautious and taken all fixed costs against the horst and therefore plugging in new finds will be much much cheaper. difficult to say though. they've probably been in a very difficult position re letting info out there, but it's easy to drawer the wrong conclusion both ways with only half the picture. what's unfortunately happened is trust for now has gone for many, and with that gone, everything is under the microscope, perhaps somethings without merit, but who knows.
SO - fwiw, I can't get back to 23pps on the Horst either. As you'll remember my calc was quite a way higher than that too. Without the detail from the company (we just aren't likely to get that) around the assumptions etc, I'm not losing sleep over the fact I was out. I have to accept their guidance on it for now. I've looked back through my posting history btw for that calc I posted, it seems to be gone, I assume Foxy got it deleted for being too optimistic, of KTF did because he got confused about what was being posted.
I will try and find the spreadsheet and post it again for you, not that it's very relevant now, the world has moved on.
yes KTF is getting loads of posts removed, all the one's he doesn't like to read because he can't handle the truth.
i should add, a couple of months ago checking this detail wouldn't have entered my mind, but I am very very wary now about what JJ talks about and checking the detail, as this is critical.
SO, that was my understanding originally too.
The only thing I am not 100% certain of, and have asked about, but am awaiting a response, it whether the tcf calc values the gas / asset NPV at the wellhead or at the entrance to the GME Pipeline (i.e. full end to end cost).
Are you clear on the answer here?
Assume they did the seismic interpretation
Lol, 10 not 20!! Freudian slip. I’m off...
Wrong Riddlers. Contact JJ, he’s changed his mind by 53.5%, fact.
Blocker it’s the Recoverable Gas mid case from the te5 horst cpr rns x £1.50 x 47.5% x 50-55% recovery factor. All the info is there if people just did their own research. It’s frightening how few do. Gets you to about 29p by my calcs. Then take off buyer discount of 35% (my estimate), gets you to 20p. Then deduct cost of BoT and drilling costs and opex per Eric’s assumption..... You can see how this board (to be fair 75% JP, 25% JJ imo) have deceived many investors.
Just to put this straight. I didn’t deceive, I didn’t hide the truth the changes, I didn’t lie. I tried to tell you the truth and all I got for most here was shyte from posters like Shaun in return. I suggest people direct their concern or dislike of the situation and fact towards Jp and JJ.
I’m sorry Dads, I like you as a poster, I’m right. Believe me it isn’t good for either of us.
Perhaps someone with remaining good relations with JP could challenge him re this. It’s the case that until the last 6-9 months we ALL used the £1.50/tcf in the same way, ie as 100%. Then they sneakily changed it to £1.50/tcf x 47.5%. Now surely even the most devoted Jp defender with half a grasp of maths and valuation has to be more than a little miffed with JP and JJ? Like I said earlier, not turning out to be a great week for them, probably will get worse. Been caught with their hands in the cookie jar again.
Jimmybob, I think too many people trusting the BoD is exactly why we’re in the trouble we’re in. They’re aren’t trust worthy. They paint grey pictures with plenty of scope for misunderstanding or flex. Misleading and untrustworthy. That’s how I see it, I’m sure plenty of others just love them.
They did, of course they did. That’s my point. That’s how JP got to derisk at 35-40p and not 20p. I’ve been telling you what these guys are like. I’m sorry to say it. I won’t hold my breath waiting for the apology Shaun.
Shaun, me too. But just do yourself a favour and send JJ and JP an email to confirm your understanding in simple maths, not in JJ's silky words. When you get them in a corner like that, you'll see the same answer I did. Don't be a fool and just hide under the duvet when you don't like what you're hearing. DYOR Shaun.
You're exactly right Silky, JP has "confirmed" the exact opposite a number of times in the distant past. I very well remember. Unfortunately they changed the calc when JJ came in and didn't make it clear to you. I'm guessing this was about the time Marco started de-risking heavily when they all realised the Horst was worth at best on 47.5% of what JP has been bullsitting.
