That's my broad aim too NGR - either retire at 55, or increase it to 85 + if it all goes wrong ( I am half joking...).
One point I have alluded to before is that I think it was a master-stroke of strategy for Nanoco to make a U-turn on fighting Samsung's petition to PTAB, as indeed this was, eventually, voluntarily accepted by N after some initial resistance (that's how I recall the events unfolding anyhow), and this change in direction did make for a bit of head scratching at the time. I believe the company knew it had both a strong litigation case and that the PTAB would simplify the trial litigation if things all went well (it went better than anyone's expectations here) and that it also had strong belief in the emergence of the organic business in QD CMOS sensors. But the organic business needed to catch up a bit, which it has done, and now we have the luxurious situation where we might (just might) see contract news before the trial judgment is delivered. That is a great spot to be in.
Anyone new to Nanoco, the trial was delayed from October 2021 which is why I have repeatedly made the point on this board that the Edison forecasts on 'lower end' damages awards need to be doubled to capture the actual QD display sales since that date. I think the company can reasonably expect a lot more than the lower end amounts but won't ever say it.
