Expect it will be options for the Bod next. Happens after every raise.

Just going by the history of this company. Earlier placings have come out of the blue after Co have stated no reason to raise funds. I am LTH and no wish to deramp (why would I bother, the Co is already making a good job of sinking SP).

SP keeps sinking and posters say good time to buy. That would be true if there was any prospect of SP rise but we've been here before. Expect placing at stupid low price followed by more options for Bod and round and round we go again.

Is to see this ebbing away with the only winners being the Bod and we can do nothing about it. Is AIM regulated at all? I've never seen any evidence of it.

As expected. SP dives but directors are cushioned against any loss to themselves.

Not this time thank you. Fed up with this recurring pattern. Dilute our holding and before too long award shares to bod so that their holdings are not diluted. Thanks but no thanks!

I received my share certificate and then asked HL to add them to my SIPP but they say they don't deal on that exchange. Has anyone else managed to transfer their shares to HL please?
