Not really no. It has been approved several times. Each time the same entity has bought up objections for the last 5 years. They have obstructed this all along the way. Until ARSO the issuing body said the objection is null and void. The we had a corrupt minister stopping this as he hadnt had his brown envelope. Thos are now things removed and hence the permit says "again" so if anything shows that ARSO are more then happy to give these permits as they repeatedly have. So a positive wouldn't you say??

If they are saying its passed then youd assume it has been. The appeal window has been open for 11 days nothings been challenged. For a monkey telling others to read your not doing it yourself. Bloody bitter window lickers popping up anywhere theres some decent news.

There is no basis for appeal. That argument has been had and it's a non starter now. As agreed by arso previously!
