Im probably one of the lucky few that has made some decent money with ast i first bought at 0.68p for 6 million shares a few years ago and sold near a 2.8p average. this time around im in at 0.457p average id be more then happy with 1-1.25p

Ascent themselves have said we will comment once the appeal period has lapsed. Imho this is a good thing. Its managing the situation and expectations as the past has shown it's not a done deal until it's done. If this does drift down to the sill prices people are making up I would just buy a shed load as it clearly did 150% on a news from a partner it will easily do the same on Ascent releasing the same news post appeal deadline!?
