This is the bit I like. From 8th Oct RNS High-grade gold intersections (including 114.74 g/t and 175.19 g/t) confirm a consistent high grade zone within the Main Vein.
Blanket mine located in Zimbabwe puts a lot of people off.
Looks like your trade went through on ISDX. 11:55am 18,572 @ 4.77p or 11:59am 19,030 @4.8p
Just back from 2 weeks hol and straight in with 17500 share top up at 5.33p using div money from other shares that popped up while I was away. Looks like I got in just in time as heading North now
Just had 7500 at 11.45p
Re. your post from Oct 8th asking about similar niche property developers. I came across FPO and looks like they're starting to move into residential development. I'm not in yet but would be grateful for any opinions. Let's not clutter this board with stuff irrelevant to TRAF, so any replies on FPO board please.
Looked on Savills (Sevenoaks) website. Can only find £595K,£600K and £650K properties listed. http://search.savills.com/list/estate-agents/property-for-sale/sevenoaks
Quiet here, but I'm still here in the background. I have driven down George Street but it's still a field so nothing to report. Just waiting for some div money from other investments to pop up in my account in a few weeks and I'll be in for another top up. Silvana, thanks for passing on info from Alex.
Just had notification of divi rate. To be paid as 1 share for every 41 held. Using today's price = 13.6p per share, X 4 = annual yield of 9.7%
Satellite view of the Ticehurst site. I've marked our bit and the hotel site on it. http://s999.photobucket.com/user/Fatfredscat/media/T2/ca97b835-d0b8-4c3f-b6b1-a486abe20aee_zpsd62225de.jpg.html?state=copy Compare it to the plan on the website and you can see where we are. http://www.combebankhomes.co.uk/high-street-ticehurst-east-sussex/index.html
Ex div tomorrow.
Good idea. That property should command a good rent for a commuter. Edenbridge has 2 stations, one on the Ashford - Guildford line and one on the Uckfield - Victoria Line so you can get to most places by train, even Europe via Ashford.
Last one didn't seem to work http://s999.photobucket.com/user/Fatfredscat/library/Ticehurst?sort=3&page=1
Just back from visit to Ticehurst. Not much evidence of any work going on on the ground. Took some pics. Pic 1. View from rear of The Bull showing the site (currently a car park) Pic 2. I think the area to the right of the pic with the cement mixer and pallets is our part of the site Pic 3. Showing the site from the front with The Bull to the left Pic 4. Interesting urinals in The Bull http://s999.photobucket.com/upload?location=Ticehurst Will look in whenever I'm passing to check on progress
I'll pop over to Ticehurst tomorrow and see if anything is happening.
I see it's on their website now. Open 10am to 4pm, no appointment necessary. I'm going to try to go on the 19th. Will have to confirm time next week. Maybe see you there.
Had another little one today myself. Didn't show on LSE, went through on ISDX. Checked Staplehurst Council and Maidstone Planning websites. No objections to George Street development listed and I believe the last day for public objections was the 7th Oct. If there were any objections that would delay the development I think they would have had to inform us.
Just read the RNS in detail. 0.6m intercept at 452g/ton, that's virtually 1 pound of gold per ton. There must be lumps of it lying around down there!
