If I was MUST I would be pointing out that it would not be possible to issue a coherant prospectus if you cant get a clear line of sight on VRBH income streams because 2 of the other shareholders are in the midst of legal dispute, and that dispute is no fault of MUST. Until its clarified, there has to be risk in pushing ahead for it then to be unwound for some legal reason. what that reason is isnt clear until the legal review is explained and determined.

acacia are also shareholders of magnitude on both sides of the potential RTO and surely will be seeking a positive outcome. MUST as far as I am aware havent done anything wrong and you would therefore assume that all parties will seek to make their position good by either driving the deal through or by waiving the penalty fee. It would be helpful to have an update on the legal review, at least on timescale.

that 800k trade doesnt look right to me its lower than all the buys in the preceding hours, surely a buy of that size would be at a higher price? would not be surprised to see other trades tomorrow that are connected.
