on the lemur debt raise, the usual way is for one bank to be appointed as the lead bank and they will do all the paper work and then invite other banks to sign up for small !! chunks of 5/10/20 million. To hear that one bank is ready and others following suggests the lead bank is in position and all the others need to do is examine the loan documentation and any specific conditions and then conduct any credit underwriting their own bank process demands.
