So Art will set second round of Financing at a Price which suits the Big Fish BHolders. They’d probably come in at a lower Price than they previously signed (In effect Destroying their own Share of Copl) if it gained them Share overall. Yes ? Makes sense to me..

This could happen and it will happen quick when it does. Consolidation. Everybody locked in. Bondholders second round phase 1b. Drilling.

In effect. Art locked all LTH’s in on the hope of JV landing. But JV only lands after second round of Financing for Appraisal of FD.

If I am right Antha / then it goes like this. Bondholder (Singular) Stops Selling. SP re Trace to 3/4p. Second round of Funding for FD Appraisal. Means every current Holder Locked in as he will consolidate Shares at this point and re issue new Bonds. LTH’s diluted to oblivion and no realistic Share of any “Transformational News”. Bondholders firmly in control of the Vote. Any New SP Appreciation can only be enjoyed by Investors Post second round of dilution.

Right. Do you think Art pixxxd one particular Bondholder off with this Unrestricted Bond / Meaning that Art went against previous assurances and if another round coming to Support Appraisal of FD / Then that particular Bondholder decided to chuck their playing cards on the table and leave the game ? Primarily because it will not be able to partake in another round of Financing / due to the fact that it is now beyond their remit ?
