I mean… Here we are. “$3.5m raised due to a period of serious Financial Difficulty”. Directors on zero Pay. Oil at $80 + and now $90 + When we have “Proven” Asset ?? Did I miss something ? If Oil was guaranteed to be flowing from CCU why then would we be in a period of Going Concern ?

It is unproven until the Oil flows consistently. Simples.

Oh and forgot to add / We have an Interim CEO. Thanks clear. Anavio not being Experts in how to run an Oil Company are obviously being advised what to do by Experts. Hence the GGS was knocked up quick time.

I don’t expect AUG Production to be spectacular. 1500 Net ?

It will take 4 weeks to get injection right and field to stabilise and injection wasn’t forecast to begin until mid/late SEP. So first time we see eye catching numbers might be throughout OCT / Reported DEC. Just in time for Q1 frenzy.

I am dubious re Mr Tibs scenario that all roads lead to the Emerald City re delivery of Value to Private Investors.

Anavio do not want to run an Oil Company.

Anavio will imo most likely want to get in / cash in / get out.

The only way imo in PI achieving True Value is if Anavio go for the Dividend modal and stay LT.

The Asset is too Big for Copl to fundamentally extract True Value.

JV party are potentially the Entity behind Anavio and have positioned themselves from OCT 2022.

They’ve done the work so far and SP destroyed through Art’s failure to achieve Positive cashflow.

Art getting on a bit now and moved to Copl America could potentially now be on Easy Street. I mean … Exactly what is he doing to negotiate JV and on $600k a year ? Do you think he’s in meetings day after day ?

Stas / absolutely you were not suggesting Fire Sale was possibility. But in the hypothetical you were suggesting we could double our current Return due to Asset Value. Obviously If Fire Sake did materialise we would not be confident of receiving a 5p Dividend. We would be back of the que.

However / you lead me to a good Point. If Anavio ever convert Bonds to increase their Shareholding / Then it’s time to lump on. Because the more Shares they own. The less chance any Fire Sale occurs. At the moment Anavio remain on the Creditors side and they come before Shareholders.

Cannot wait until Q1 to see what happens with this Story unfolding before our eyes ..

Agreed NSTiger. This is my fear re real possibility. Anavio g done things right assuming the $3.5m Cash boost goes through at 4p. Paid above Market Price. I’ve always set my sights and got shot down at cashing in anything 5-9p range. I’ve never subscribed to the multi bag as no one pays Top Price for any unproven Asset.

Understand this. Under any Fire Sale / Debtors get first dabs. And the fees go up. I was part of a Company that had 2 major Financial Institutions backing it. 1 was Invesco. The Company had a £300m MCap. Once they could not service their debts the Administrator came in. Do you know what the Final Dividend was ? … £70.000. Shareholders back of the que.

Simmo. A Private Investment is like a Tree. At certain points the direction will branch off. Anavio converting Bonds into cash or holding as Shares is one of these Branches. The 12 Month window elapses on 1st FEB (The Whammy RNS) is another Branch off / because you will see a possible Change occur re Balance of Shareholding. It is important to discuss these branches.

Hells teeth / If someone did want Copl / then they’ve already managed to remove the value from Long Term Holders haven’t they ? The size of the pie is larger and with new players. And now THEY are in control. But the Asset remains. This is the game. Who controls the Asset ?

If they want “The lot”, THEY have to pay off Copl America. Art ideally placed.

I think Anavio and Entities are well placed to convert Bonds into Shares and make a lowball offer for the lot assuming Anavio and Entities are over 50% now / All be it in waiting ? Just wait until 12 month window works through. However I may be wrong but they would not be allowed to Convert beyond 30% and would have to leave 70% SH free Vote on Offer ? I could be wrong but sounds realistic possibility.

Anavio control this now. The Question is how do they want to use their control to deliver a Return ?

Yes but then they’d have to table an Offer for the rest. And that will not be current Market Price. SP would shoot up if they go near 29%.

If Anavio (Or Entities behind Anavio / as RNS included) want to control this Asset (Obviously they do), then (With the Volume of Oil in the ground) any Plan going forward and including JV or not / will have to lead to Dividend payment. Anavio surely want to get to a Stage whereby it becomes economically beneficial to retain the Shares rather than Cash as whole ? Surely it has to be their goal to get to this Tipping point. I refer to i3energy route.

Conduit Pharmaceuticals is now $5.72. If Vela exercise now / they’ve made double over us. Shocking decision. However / I guess if I had £3.25m and had to buy Stock then the Market would not facilitate me at $5.72 ? The price would go up to $10 … So we will have to be patient and await any possible recovery. Good time to Invest in Conduit if PI I suppose ?
