Hi Quint - thanks for your reply. I don't follow you in twitter closely, but read messages related to #VAST. I am not against people making money. Your tip of VAST at 0.09p is incorrect - you may want to correct that. I am so useless, I bought VAST at 0.6p roughly 3 years ago. :) I hope you make loads of money with VAST - I am certainly not against it. GL

Quint - you are claiming in twitter that you bought VAST and tipped it at 0.09p..?? Your 1st post in VAST was when SP was 0.118p and your 2nd post claims you have built your vast position around 0.11p... At this point of your post SP was between 0.115p - 0.12p. Share price in vast nose dived below 0.1p during last week of feb / 1st week of Mar, ~ 4 weeks after your tip! Now can someone tip or buy a share at 0.09p in Feb, when the SP was hoovering between 0.11p-0.12p?

Always good to watch from ramps AND deramps. That’s why we have a very effective telegram group that bans them. Buy or sell on fact and please ALWAYS do your own research. I have built a very strong position now around 0.11p as I believe the stock is significantly over sold and that we are on the cusp of transformational news re. Financing (not guarenteed), possible diamond contracts (again...strongly hinted at but not guaranteed) and increasing revenues from copper at Baita Plai. No matter what you think of the stock and even if you discard what isn’t guaranteed, VAST is still oversold and now undervalued hence today’s SP correction. Some way to go yet. Any extra news on financing of diamond licenses and then you have got a full rerate on your hands.

I am not sure what info today's RNS delivered to shareholders, apart from saying VAST employees are on site. Laughable. Apart of 1 person, where were others and what were they doing?

Are you saying that these people who were in announcements were "Twiddling their thumbs for the last 6 months and now we got back to work" and VAST sees that as a great progress??

Even if the share price is below nominal level, if someone wants a chunk of a company and believe in the story - you could still raise at nominal level or above it. In this case premium to actual SP - its possible. With VAST - I will let you decide if thats possible or not. Your question of how long does the SP have to be above 0.1p for a raise - doesn't matter, if there is appetite for shares.. :) hope that helps.

Simms - from TA perspective we need to break resistance at 2.2p / 2.3p level to march upwards...

People need to ignore the day-to-day SP movement and look at the bigger picture... KEFI had not issued options for the last 2 years and was waiting for TK funding conclusion. Issuing the options now is clear indication that TK funding as good as done. Less than 2 weeks for finance conclusion.

TK/Ethiopia, SA assets - both are fantastic assets
On the backdrop of bullish gold and copper prices

Also now we know why we had been held at 2p... at the time I told that this is related to some kind of VWAP but alluded to final placement but turns out as options. Either way, we can let the SP fly. Game on.... less than 2 weeks and we should be significantly higher when the finance RNS lands... GLA

There was request from Robsaunders to share your shareholding info to potentially oust AP... Before you share any of the info, please do your own research on Robsaunders.. Who they are? Why are they suddenly interested in ousting AP? What was their stand before? or Are they trying to find how many people will support ousting AP? This could be a genuine request or it may not be.. Interestingly, I wrote this below sentence on 18-Sep-20 about Robsaunders. There is a group of large investors currently working on calling a GM to remove the board of VAST.

Several emails as I understand it have gone to the Company and the Nomad, requesting certain information, and that the Company updates investors as to what the position is across all areas of the business.

Nevertheless, we will still be requesting a GM to be called, for certain resolutions to be passed and the removal of the board, and that the CFO be installed, whilst a complete investigation is carried out.

We have within our possession certain information that is not public, which has been shared by certain board members , which potentially will "shake up" things pertaining to the businesses across a number of areas.

When we research companies - we look at management team, financials, underlying fundamentals that makes the financials, assets, location, risks/reward etc.. for me one big learning is that if I don’t trust the “management team”, doesn’t matter how good the remaining parameters are “I won’t be buying that share”.

V111JAS - I hold less than 5% of my initial holdings... IMO it’s insignificant and have written it off... I have lost money in vast - we win some and lose some... I accept that. What I don’t accept is “misleading” from vast BoD. I have recovered most of my losses elsewhere.

Got to bring BoD accountable for their actions..

5% holding is good enough to request a GM... 8% is even better, even if there is further dilution... this should be enough... GL

My thoughts….
- Shambles in VAST continues..
- Amateur CEO, learning in the job at the expense of shareholders. Poor delivery of results. Under AP – Vast downgraded from a producer to explorer. Now from explorer to a poor producer.
- Vast didn’t want to share monthly production numbers for a reason.. I told at the time, they wanted to hide behind this statement.
- When VAST started to shift their focus from BP to diamond in Jan-21, I told that this is usually VAST’s pattern. When one asset fails – they turn their attention and shareholder’s attention towards the other assets, to cover for their failure. Twitter filled with AP trip to Zim and followed by few pics.
- No wonder, none of the banks wants to get involved with this lot. Rightly so.

What could potentially save vast?
- Whole BoD needs to go; with new team in (without this, none will work)
- Diamond deal; (never thought I would say this). Actually if the diamond deal comes in, SP would react positively and can get 1 or 2 placements on the back of it. Will provide necessary funds for buying equipments
- Restructuring with consolidation and the rest.

Just for info;
- I am still a holder (very small amount compared to what I had 3-4 years ago). Last bought vast shares 2 years ago.
- No plans to buy VAST shares (I am not deramping for an lower entry). Had been negative from 0.4p
