Mr008 - AP and his wonderful BOD had been trying for the last 18 months to sort finance out. They are completely incompetent or no one is trusting them.

For resolving finance
- VAST had spent significant money on documentation
- VAST has outlined various corporate restructuring; effort/time/money
- VAST sold PP in Zim to be able to sort the overall finance (also sold PP at the wrong time when the gold price was around $1300)

There is no lack of effort, but no one seems to be believing AP and his BOD. Can someone check with ATLAS as how happy they are, being involved with VAST? GL

Hi Fevertreeman - When the finance closes, I am expecting 1 placement along with the finance closure. Lets see what happens.. You are correct in that HAA must deliver the finance - he has failed over the last 2-3 years to secure finance. In this instance, I am reasonably confident that we will have finance closure. GLA

Exactly Robjm66 - GM at the end of Jun-21; As urai mentioned below in one of his posts - we should hear from KEFI no later than 09-Jun-21 calling the GM. Less than 3 weeks to find. We should hear more over the coming days or weeks on finance :) GLA

As I said yesterday, this is just noise. One would know by now if in shares long enough - What happens in a share when you are about to get transformational news?

This announcement from the Ministry was a blessing in disguise. Kefi answered this issue via Q&A yesterday and confirmed the same via RNS this morning. If anything, I see this as positive - puts that additional pressure on HAA to deliver finance. I am certainly bullish on KEFI; One way or an another we will find out over the next 2-3 weeks. GLA

2.07 to buy.... well I hope people knew the risks in Ethiopia before investing.. I am sure few would be kicking themselves for selling this morning. GLA

Quite a few sells, but looks like there may be another order being filled at this level. Otherwise, I would have expected the SP to go down.

Mr008 - you talk rubbish sometimes... :) VAST was a producer before... Our wonderful AP, transformed VAST from producer to an explorer.. and then from an explorer, he is trying to be a producer. He tried becoming a producer without proper mine manager and process manager; and now having a 2nd shot with a new mine plan.

Hairydavey - hindsight is a wonderful thing.. :) KEFI is still a good value at 2.1p; Risk/reward is exceptional especially over the next 2-3 months. People would be saying the same thing over the next 6 months, when the SP would be in 4-6p range - "wish I had bought more when the SP was between 1.8-2.4p"

- Gold price
- Copper price
- TK funding
- SA assets

All pointing to a very good future for KEFI; certainly we need HAA to deliver funding news over the next few months which is a key catalyst.

in all fairness, we will see a 10000% rise by tomorrow if we have all the resolution passed... :) Only issue is no one will be able to see the rise in their trading accounts. GL

TBTT, gkb - well... correct.. consolidation was NOT for the reasons outlined by VAST. Another BS from this lot.

At least, Castaway can claim that he had achieved 5p that he once claimed.. :)

gkb - what was the reasons outlined by VAST for consolidation? Please se below... If vast doesn't have enough vote, VAST should be OK. If there are other reasons for consolidation, then it is an issue. :)

Sam - please... we have plenty of assets in Romania, which had been the problem. AP doesn't know how to run a company, he spent a lot of money on non-strategic assets and wasted VAST's funds. VAST doesn't need more assets, we have enough - 1st priority is to get BP up and running - which AP promised would take 6 months after licence. I was told, there is method to AP's madness. Well, lot of madness but there is no method - otherwise we won't be where we are today.

Prove that BP is operational, deliver revenue and positive cashflow. Do 1 thing properly. Rest of the assets can wait. GL
