Can someone or Kefi explain, if TW is one of Kefi’s team or advisor? Or does TW form part of Edison research team or orior capital team.. or Kefi telling one thing and doing another - proof of HAA’s handlings.. :)

A: Not unless they are one of our team or advisers, which would be in breach of policy and regulations and which is hard to believe.

Does the company pay for research firms, brokers, share investment platforms, magazines, anonymous bloggers or anyone else to publish opinions?
A: KEFI handles this matter as follows:

- We pay the standard research fee to Edison Research and Orior Capital to do and publish detailed research because no-one else does for small companies. They explain the relationship and role every time they publish.

- Our corporate brokers occasionally publish research and they explain the relationship and role every time they publish.

- We do not pay for any share investment platforms or media to publish opinions. We do however respond to media enquiries and we do pay to attend some conferences and the associated media will often conduct interviews and publish stories.

- We do not engage with anonymous bloggers or their platforms. It is by and large against regulatory and company policy because of the lack of transparency and accountability.

with all the ramping I thought the share price moved up by 55.56% in vast... only to realise it is only up by 5.56% and everyone is excited about it.. well, anything blue is good in vast.... :)

Bishop - everyone is assuming that the TK funding delay was due to MoM sacking... I am not asking HAA to destroy the relationship with Ethiopia govt or minsters. Just an update on the latest status. If it is the final approval awaiting the Ethiopian govt - most here will be easy with it. If HAA doesn't have the definitive timeline, he doesn't have to mention it in the RNS.

with all the past delays, I am NOT giving HAA the benefit of doubt. Rightly so. It makes me think, HAA is hiding behind MoM sacking.

Bishop - yes agreed nobody could foresee MoM sacking. My point was about the delay, but lack of official news from kefi.
