Why does the company need $45m now? Baffles me. $340m was required. $320m already done. Last time we were told was $20m being finalised?

DVH - I am expecting $20m royalties deal to be completed and probably do a token placements. (Just guessing at this stage based on share price reaction).

Either way I am not too fussed, still holding. I expect share price to fully recover as long as we close the finance and make meaningful progress towards construction.

Hmm interesting speculation about the $20m investment… I think Mithrel previously mentioned about his interest in having a similar position as Chancery Royalties.

I don’t mind who offers the $20m as long as it is in the best interest of Kefi and the shareholders.

I don’t think that $20m deal is at risk at all but at the same time this has gone longer than anyone here wanted and therefore closing this swiftly will help the share price.

The last $20m is important for Harry. Do you know why? Because without that finance package is not sorted and without that he will not get his bonus 🙂

If you think the share price will not react or this 20m will have no impact, let’s see when we get this fully sorted. HAA can say what he can say about the debt deal, but the deal is invalid if the rest of the equity part is not fulfilled.

In my opinion, the market wants full completion for equity part to be sorted and for the debt deal to be legally binding.

Chance of not assembling the $20m is very very small, worst case Ethiopian PM will support (to support the economy).

2p is one of the major resistance point... would take few attempts to clear it.. we are trying to break 2p without a RNS, that itself is a good news.. There will be plenty of buyers well beyond 3-4p mark.. What is each ounce of gold currently priced at for KEFI? :)

I think many of the PIs will not be here at 5-6p by which time institutional investors would have replaced PIs (let alone double digit share price).

I think many are still nursing the wounds of the past - with gold bull market, Saud assets and more licenses (& development to follow), Kefi has got huge potential. Look at OMI and the resources - what’s that valued at? Kefi is so undervalued at less than $200m market cap.

This market is driven by sentiment, without positive sentiment we are near 2p and what would a positive sentiment along with bullish gold price do? We haven’t even started in my opinion. GL
