Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Danners - simple question. HAA can inform that it will take 4 weeks to for credit sign off approval, but cannot RNS? Was this the same credit sign off approval we expected in Oct-23, delayed to Dec-23? and delayed further?
Another update from HAA. It is not the final RNS everyone had been waiting for. Looks like further delays. IMO
with all the complexity and other nonsense that HAA spouted about... seriously how long do you need. Either do the job or just move on for someone else to do the job..
HAA was praising himself back in Oct-23, as if the finance was sorted. One thing HAA can do is - stop talking and get on with sorting the finance. Every time he opens his mouth, trust goes down hill - thats what happens if you don't deliver.
"Well Harry made a bit of a dogs breakfast of the interview people just really needed to be given a feel of when we would get bank sign off and know that everyone was behind the project and he needs to stop squashing all the stages including construction together."
~ 2 years before would have been the idle time to get rid of HAA.. But now, we need to see the conclusion on finance.. If yes, he can stay for another 6 months and handover KEFI to someone who is operations savvy and move on. If finance fails, he can move on immediately :)
Rob - how many webinars that HAA and KEFI had conducted in the last 12 months. Every time there was a spin that it is aligned with announcements linked to finance.
Fair to say another Christmas will pass by without KEFI finance news?
Simple - buy sell hold... do whatever you fancy.. your money, your choice.. haven't advised anyone to listen to me. I have shared my view that AP is a good deal maker. He cannot run or manage a mine. 99% reduction in share price and 99% dilution.. GL and hopefully your investment or gamble in vast pays off.. GL
Simple - I don't need to wait any longer to say I am right. Had been right from 40p to 0.16p. If it works out for you - good luck..
Hasiba - agree that vast is a growing business.... growing debt.. growing placements.. growing number of shares.. growing very thin.. :)
"I don’t agree that VAST is not a viable business but the opposite is true..
VAST is a growing business"
At the same share price last year the market cap was £2m. SP needs to be less than 0.05p for £2m valuation.. I am not saying £2m MC for vast is over valued or undervalued.
PS: my view is vast is not a viable business. should have folded awhile ago? IMO.
Sandy - whether vast goes bust or not... this is just a lifestyle company? AP and the BOD has milked this as along as they did....? great business model... lol
keep the lights on for another 5 years.. works well for AP.. :) GL
Vast raised over $8m in 2023.. :) they can do it all over again after consolidation... helps with the lifestyle? :)
"A useful question might be to ask oneself if you would be willing to lend Vast $1m at a 20% interest rate."
