As a window of opportunity to sell my half my holding. My eyes were glazed over anyway scouring to see a recovery but this investment has frankly been a pane. Maybe a recovery will come now that I have half headed for the exit but I have lost faith here.

You are either barking maddog or else new to DKL. No-one- apart from investors- ever got poor by over-estimating DKL's ability to botch even the most favourable macro environment. The SP despite the recent jump is 15% of its all time high. Only another 85% of that landmark just to get back to where we were at one point. Even Rivaldo's TP of 9.5p seems quite distant. In terms of what happens next t is surefire that shares in lieu would be issued before a Director buy in the open market despite the "undervalued" SP. Says it all!

Been a good investment for me. Sometimes the premium isn't worth it as it is better to collect divis so I am mixed on the takeover. However the SP is vanity while cash is sanity.

As usual some 'fortuitous' buying precedes some good news being announced. UP 6% so far and hopefully this can be sustained but I wont be dancing in the street even then as the SP has been trashed. Let's hope the company doesn't trip up on cashew production as is their wont.
I should also point out that even with today's good figures we are well short of full production even after the sleight of hand in reducing capacity from 70000t to 60000t.
