Hi Blue Markjet doesn't believe in the strategy I suppose and neither do the directors. Never a single buy even by the latest recruit to DKL to show any sign of faith in the company. The nearest akin to any such 'investment' is the DRIP of their divis I suppose, Their unwillingness to invest their own money probably shows they are both unable to arrest the slide in the SP and probably know something we don't. If July's 10 working days was a good an indicator as they would wants us to believe, they should be positively flooding in.
I had long feared that the board would lead to total destruction in the value of the SP before anything was salvageable. These 10% drops on 10% drops increasingly validate my fears.

Can't be long now. A below bid sale today of 3.85p shows where this one is heading.I don't know how many times it can revisit lows though before old lows give way.

Results haven't gone down too well. Is it the increase in debt? Totally transformed company after being in the doldrums for a long time. The fall looks harsh to me.

Back to that level again. Interesting with results looming. Has the hot weather seen demand melt away for its pasties and sausage rolls? This was over 50% higher at its peak so the fall has been long and merciless. I am betting there will be an intra day reversal on results day so there will be value to be had if you get your timing right.

ooop miscounted the months :) Yes the production figs are on time but the fact remains that this window dressing on the evidence of a few short weeks is rather poor on behalf of the board, If you selectively extract any time period you can probably find some sort of gloss to put on it.

CFO departing suddenly is never good news, especially on the day when they blow the whistle on recent trading. Has had a decent bounce off lows that you don't usually get on astroturf so there might well be value for those who make a late substitution of this into their PF. But you really would need a game of two halves here as the first half was a shocker!

Hi DB and others. This positive outlook going forward by the board is a a familiar lever by DKL as they have used it before for some crumbs of confort to investors. Aren;t these figures produced early? Shouls have been 14th August right? If they were so confident of a good July then why not wait another month for some cumulative growth in production? It don't smell right to me.
Thise share has lost more than 70% of its value since its high of 20p ( 2p pre-consolidation). Their warrants are more than 50% more costly for the 12p ones and 300% highre for the 20p ones. No brainer if you believe the company you run is undervalued and have investments ( as evidenced elsewhere).

Gonna stick my neck out and say sub 4p is coming. Just a whisker above this mark now which has been a support level but I can see this giving way. Watching with interest.

Hi Dibs, I am good thanks. DKL has been very accident prone despite having good assets.. SP performance tells its own story. Never sold any buit not adding either. I woiuld say DKL is best avoided as an investment but I hope there will be a recovery of sorts.
This one is showing flickers of life to get to 4.5p mid price but surely the longer this goes on without some major contract news, the more evident it is that the placing money for the acquisition was just a smokescreen covering funding issues.

Dibs you have been a harbinger of good tidings for FLX so I better keep tabs on this one. Everytime you appear during a drop it seems to go up :)

He might have put this one on the backburner. So far it has been all done with smoke and mirrors so hardly conducive to producing a boiler in. Where is the report that was supposed to be finsihed at the end of last year. INSP and John Gunn have been a tour de force in plate spinning. I would tip my hat to them but I fear I would distract them casuing the dropping of a few plates. Bravo!

Bounced off 4p bid again in a very familair scenario. Now 4.19p to buy as per the last trade. Are the finals due out? Results were 10th of July last year. I am still struggling to see this as anyting other than a gravy train for the directors and all talk of sweet spots potentail just illusory.

In your dreams! Not long listed but the SP performance would keep me awake at night if I was an investor. The huge fall in the SP and the chairman's buy make this one to consider but you'll forgive me if I go and take a long lie down before even consider jumping into bed with a company that has perfomred so porrly between the sheets.

Yes I suppose investors have other things on their plate. Maybe the trade wars between the US and the Other type of China has spooked investors but as today's update has shown this one is really performing well. One of the top risers today so definitely has left its print on the market. Got to be worth at least 1200p so I am a buyer up to that level.

I am finidng the acquisition finance a bit odd as they normally speak of a partner as I said when the news was announced.

Thanks J/k. You might ask if they are struggling with the current model of lots of small stakeholders whether they could fine tune it. Also why are they going to use a similar model with the Cashew company?
My main question though is around options. If their options vest at 12.5p and 20p why don't they save a whole lot of money by buying in the market now and sending a signal to the market? Or are the options just a useful hedge so if we make it fine, if not oh well what a shame. Not very incentivising!

Certainly seems that teh decline is becoming baked in. 1000p is a fiarly significant level so although normally if you get a dip at Greggs you are feeling quite happy, this dip in the SP leaves a sour taste in the mouth. You would have thought the recent good weather would have spurred an interest in picnics and going out so why is the SP looking so crusty? I will have a nibble at 950p if it ever gets there again. Footfall is pretty poor in the high st itself and this was flagged as a danger so I best wait to properly digest which direction this is going.
