Well the notional ask is 70p so things are looking less grizzly this afternoon. Today's SP is surely an over-reaction to a poorly worded RNS. It is possible remember that they will pay a special dividend in addition to the ordinary dividend given that they have matched last year's outstanding performance and are broadly in line with expectations. No terribly adverse weather to date either. Some capital growth via SP rises would be very welcome but with a decent divi and special divi then even a standstill SP would make this a worthwhile investment..

Fair comment Matthew C and you haven't even mentioned the dismal SP performance which these cheerleaders seem to edit out of their discourse. They don't care whether anyone loses money on the share as it is all about their entitlement. They have put money in the share and anyone who is negative on shares they hold needs another pastime, has an agenda or should not be posting here.

Me though, I have no problem with someone posting positively on FLX. You can't buck the market even with a sense of entitlement.

Morning Dibs, Noel and the filter. I do believe FLX is a dud of course but have no fixation with this share. I probably do post on it more than I should but sometimes in response to some question asked of me or some comment. I am also interested in how FLX plays out actually. It would be a bit underhand to post negatively while the SP confirms my views but to disappear when it starts to rise so I intend to remain posting here come what may.
The FLX cheerleaders on here can only do personal abuse, idle hope and ( unfounded to me) belief in the company and the product.
Despite everything you never see me asking posters not to post or filtering them or accusing posters of an agenda. To me this shows the strengths of the respective positions on this. The day I do that will be time to invest in this myself :)

Agreed f15.Not far from the final whistle for play today and sellers are still making an offensive play.. Probably worth shorting at 37p a sell as this should really be 33/37 bid/ask at best. You can't even be sure the bigger players here haven't been caught on the hop as it is Friday and will be making a substitute in its portfolio of this one for something more viable. I don't even think it is worth keeping an eye on the ball here for a bounceback as I expect further falls short-term and poor visibility over the medium term which would make it game, set and match for shorters.

Some chunky sells coming in now Upshunt.and the fall gone to 30%+. Bargain hunters might think this is the bottom but I expect a bit more fallout at least. It's just so hard to discount the risk here that things are even worse than they have openly admitted today. Best watched from the sidelines!

Although the accounting errors were non-cash you would hope the company found them themselves and were not caused by some whistle blower.
I'd imagine the consequences of breaching the covenants will be reasonably severe due to increased risk as it creates some flags for those on the sidelines. A delayed results date will only add to the uncertainty. Probably best to kick this one into touch as an investment,

Good morning Noel. In my view a very expensive mistake to commit that kind of money to a company that has produced nothing to date. The directors have made purchases and all except the most recent ones are showing a loss. Mike Read's 50000 quid's worth is now worth 13000. But of course these Board members are relatively well remunerated and diverting some of their salary to share purchases can to cynics be seen as a ploy to keep the plates spinning for a bt longer while drawing a salary.
The 19k trade can't know anything specific as it would be insider trading. This isn't a good share to try and flip as it might be easy to buy shares but selling in any volume will have to go to at best. Of course something might turn up as Micawber says and the guy will be well rewarded. He might have been better to go to a Casino and do red or black. This company isn't announcing any news even after the momentous investor shows way back when and its cash burn continue to the point where they themselves have funding for but not beyond.
One day you and other may well get to say I told you so to me. If so you will be well rewarded, But this share seems a hopeless hope to me that never delivers and always keeps you hanging on while the SP dwindles away. And all that keeps you holding is a fear that if you sell it will turnaround. No investment case whatsoever. Just a fear.

The 19k trade or accumulation was enough to reverse sentiment short-term. This is fairly thinly traded with a lot of LTH locked in due to being diluted down and sitting on paper losses so large it wouldn't pay to sell except to crystallise losses. Any large sales are always below bid here and are usually followed by a drop in the SP. Imv there must be some new investors who were on-boarded by seeing this on the leaders board. Some will exit and take a hit while others might hang on to see if this is a bottom of sorts. What seems inarguable though is there was yert again no substance to the rise. No hint of 5p 10p 25 etc just like that moron T-fish used to spout 80p targets here.

Strong technical sell. Only 2 trades at 2.8p of any volume ( three grand's worth) and now in retreat. A FLX move up on a large buy followed by more what I see of as speculative buying and momentum hunters. Followed by a retreat and a quick resumption of its downtrend. A selling opportunity for long term holders who want to salvage something before being shafted again here yet again with its placing addiction and waffle about sweet spots.

to see TED have his collar felt today after the strong wise in the wake of Huggy Bear's departure. The retrace is smaller than I expected so the company is probably on a new footing. Can we break through 2000p?
