Even if the BOD pull up their socks- given their recent relegation form- I am not sure It would be useful even giving them some extra time. Normally I am pleased when my team brings on a sub to freshen things up but the only sub i see here is sub 20p which seems to be warming up on the sidelines.

2.2/2.3p. Of course sellers in any volume will get below bid as in the case of a sale of c. 140,000 shares yesterday afternoon which got 2.11p. There are a lot of similarly sized trades in quick succession which says to me that people are bed and breakfasting them before the end of the tax year. The company silence is quite noteworthy so you would expect that in the next 8 trading days they would at least come out with some statement.
I wonder are they preparing some behind the scenes window dressing so they can present what they would see as a 'cogent' story to enable a plea for further funding via a placing? That, or they are in discussions with some company in the sector that would be useful for cross-selling and would of course be funded by a .....drum roll!!..... placing.
I am quite pleased with the realism here as there are no mentions of 5p,10p.25p and 37p these days.

Hi Cadbury, The falls are accelerating as I posted when it was 10.25p. A 44% fall is certainly a buying opportunity but I would want some evidence that a support level has been reached. Clearly a day of reaction and over-reaction so far.

Good question sooth! My own target pricebelow has been exceeded but haven;t been able to buy enough yet to make it worthwhile selling. In a new trading range now so where it stops is anyone's guess. Yield is driven down now of course.

Scratch, This is an exercise in plate spinning and a vanity project for JG. About four or five years ago JG said he was in discussions with a major utility or some large tie up but couldn't reveal who at an investor conference. The MC said JC wasn't normally a man known to be coy. The news still hasn't emerged. All investors here have been gaslighted by JG.

GLR. Raising cash for an investment comes with no guarantees at all unless there is a lien on some asset. Even that asset might depreciate anyway. So I find your opening statement astonishing. FLX has a placing addiction if you look back through its history and I have pointed out many times that a business funded only placings is not a business at all.
Sure there were a couple of token buys a month ago by two directors but these buys point to no news in the offing as they shouldn't buy with access to that kind of information. Although they should release news in a timely manner, maybe they are waiting for sales to gain traction. News lulls kills AIM shares unless there is occasional positioning when someone takes a gamble in the hope that the SP is oversold or will become a momentum play. We see this even with a 'dog' of a share like FLX where you have buying flurries, an increase in the SP before it retrenches back whence it came.

Hi Glr. How do figure out they have loads of cash? Flx have said they have funding up to the launch of SolarWinds in Q1. They might not be saying anything as early adoption hasn't gone as they hoped or good news is being held back for maximum impact. That's the fear and hope right there.

J/K I think the company tbf have never stated that March would see Q1 figures announced and any investor who thought that clearly doesn't know the history of production figures statements. However, suspicious trading patterns in advance of news have been flagged and noted at DKL's AGM on more than one occasion.

A below bid sale is all that a thinly traded share would need for the needle to be moved. All of us LTH's know this at our cost.

The four large trades are probably EOY selling and buying back as they are too close in number and times for it to be unrelated trades. Might have been taken as an opportunity to mark this down, not that one is often needed. We are in a news lull at the moment but still 3p giving way as a support level is certainly not good news.no matter the rationale.

Not long until the 15th March Noel but far from your target of 5p. The news you hope for would have to be pretty spectacular for that kind of SP movement. I am most interested to find out what the funding situation is here. You wouldn't expect the mood to be good here anyway given the dire SP performance and any one who isn't on-message is never going to be popular here. :) But if your optimism pays off then you will be well rewarded .
