You may have a point regards class actions, I've had experience being in one, we had 1800 investors who came to action,we engaged a lawyer who in the past restituted 158mn pounds, we paid Β£25000 for initial council, stage 1,we wrote to said ceo a Israel based.
Stage 2, we submitted our compensation total, for reasons we claim,he offered a lower amount, stage we have filed a lawsuit fee 150,000 pounds, we await our day in court.
The claim is 3 point based, point 2 raises similar to here,we bought shares on the basis books at rns stated were doing great, not, they did what WG cfo did reported false rns information.
To be fair, imv alone there maybe recompense for those that bought in WG said period, you were misled over rns stated finances,
Our lawyer will take 10% plus vat in the event we win, but our council advises 83% chance of winning. There's other elements to our claim, but I can't say as we signed a do u to not disclose particulars.
