The directors have duties and safe guards to follow the law, obvious in bod they must have debated the errors and maybe been complicit, they supposed to look after our interest lol.

At the agm there up for reflection, if you don't like use your votes, I am using my 1mn shares to vote no to all points but they will squirm thru,or do they hope vote me out, to be rid, most directors have multiply director ships, not saying every ones to blame, but in board room they vote n pass thing involving, so if they don't ask just raise hand not to cause trouble n juicy pay grade.

You may have a point regards class actions, I've had experience being in one, we had 1800 investors who came to action,we engaged a lawyer who in the past restituted 158mn pounds, we paid £25000 for initial council, stage 1,we wrote to said ceo a Israel based.
