Yes me too but there is research to show that well interference happens at wider well spacings with the Permian being of similar distance, I know there's a difference in geology but the wells can be improved with DT and more so with short well spacings, there is evidence of bashed wells in the DJ Basin, ConocoPhillips being one of them!

To give the discussion of oil some relevance here some research on oil and gas fields! The Cedar Creek-Powder River area is one off the more active oil and gas drilling areas in the planning area. Drilling is expected just to be active over the next 15 years as it has been for the last 15 years. The map include portions of Carter, Dawson, Fallon, Powder River, Prairie, and the Wilbaux Counties. The Williston Basin crosses the north east corner of the map area. The Cedar Creek Anticline is the major producing structure and separates the Williston Basin from the Powder River Basin. Bell Creek Field, a stratigraphic trap, is the second largest producer in the map area. DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL All active producing township in the Cedar Creek-Powder River area have been rated as high oil and gas development potential. Along the Cedar Creek Anticline

With there being a bit strata for just the Eagle with 3 different hydrocarbon zones and the acreage size the reserve could be along lower double digits in TCF calculations! With oil it hasn't been mentioned but there is oil fields around, usually both are present in wells but only gas and helium has been talked of!

Also something from research that could be expected would be a Parent Well Protection of WildHorse and Powell as if you think the next two wells that are going to be completed/stimulated next to them on the pad would have thought this is a good opportunity to show the DJ Basin the improvement in production, but again will need to look at concept as they will not want bashed wells on pad!

I'm not sure if there's royalties on the Montana State Lease of 105,000 acres, but as you said 12.5% on the rest of the Federal Land Auctions on 120,000 acres, as you don't usually get the helium on federal land but was agreed to this with them, could be the new Hugoton field for USA with helium reserves as is running out!

Just thought to summarise on going projects, what the next piece of unexpected news to come would be too open up the 3rd deeper level of the Eagle Formation after a hydration test, as the frack was water based into clay, now this principle of bloating the clay and then giving time for its own pressures to crack and form open pathways for the in place gas to be retrieved is what is expected, going to do more research on the principle this weekend and has links to the Marcellus Basin for principle!
